I had an accident with my Lexus RX 2021 and decided to do bodywork with the Brooklyn Lexus dealership. Bodyshop owner Anthony from Culver Collision performed work. I can not be more pleased with this shop' bodywork with the Brooklyn Lexus dealership. Bodyshop owner Anthony from Culver Collision performed work. The sales person who had me sign papers didn’t explain any of the sheets without me asking “what is this”, he also incorrectly explained the features The sales person who had me sign papers didn’t explain any of the sheets without me asking “what is this”, he also incorrectly explained the features of the GX I bought (said it didn’t have a touchscreen and that the captain chairs don’t fold flat). Lastly, it took them two weeks after I bought the GX to refund the $1k payment I put down to hold the vehicle, when they said it would take a day or two. There was no premier Lexus experience there should have been. More
