To say I’m disappointed with Lexus is an understatement. Four months ago, my family and I purchased a brand new 2022 RX 350 from Lexus of Brooklyn, through a third party. We purchased a brand-new car for the reason of avoiding problems with the vehicle and the high standards of a luxury car brand. Now four months later, the new 2022 RX 350 is leaking oil causing my vehicle to have low engine oil with only 600 miles! (The cause of the leak was a manufacturer's problem, Lexus services informed me). The symptoms of low engine oil include poor vehicle performance, engine clunking, and worse of all, the engine overheating. This should not be happening to a brand-new car with only 600 miles, especially coming from a luxury brand. (I’m not sure if this is a common issue with Lexus’s new vehicles but something to keep in mind). I contacted this Lexus dealership and they couldn’t offer any solutions but that the services are covered by warranty. Now my family is stuck financing a brand new Lexus with defects. Terrible. Please stay away, not honest and sloppy work. Sales called in Oct saying another one exactly the same arrived so I can have it. Sure, and they told me they needed to submit financial application and I said yes. Everything approved but when they sent me the sales agreement the final price went up by $100. Ouch! I asked what is that they said door edge guard I said no I don’t want that it is not on the spec sheet please remove. They refused. Ok fine, for $100 they ruin their reputation and I don’t want to waste time ordering elsewhere and they are closer. (Granted, some upstate dealers are offering the same deal, and some out of state dealers offering discount!) On a $70k transaction they wanted to milk another $100, what a shame. Now the fun part is, they never programmed the KEYFOBs to work. I can never locked or unlocked using the remotes. I can only open the door by grabbing the door handle. I had to make 2 trips to the dealer to get that fixed. First time they said they needed a master technician to look at it so cannot fix it and I had to come again. Waste a few hours there. Loaner provided on 2nd visit and was told a few days later the keys were not programmed! Apparently they did not perform any pre-delivery inspection. I guess because they have quite high volumes and their facility is very small so they don’t really care much about anything. And they did not wash your car after servicing! BTW they have 3 locations, one in Queens and one in Manhattan. It is the same company. Make you own judgement before doing business with any. Do not recommend. More

I had an accident with my Lexus RX 2021 and decided to do bodywork with the Brooklyn Lexus dealership. Bodyshop owner Anthony from Culver Collision performed work. Lastly, it took them two weeks after I bought the GX to refund the $1k payment I put down to hold the vehicle, when they said it would take a day or two. There was no premier Lexus experience there should have been. More
