Cindy Rivera in sales is a MUST !!!!! Not only is this salesperson Cindy Rivera attractive , she is amazingly knowledgeable in regards to Lexus vehicles and all Lexus features as well. This is by far , the most amazing experience purchasing any vehicle in my history or car purchases, and there have been quite a few over my 25 years of driving. I was welcomed very nicely by the complimentary valet service and service department upon arrival . I was also given a delicious espresso while I waited for my purchase to be completed . Well Worth Traveling 300 Miles For! Found the very last Color Combo I wanted at Bay Ridge, which just happened to be last new one in the US! Since my Dealer way down in Virginia wouldn't Found the very last Color Combo I wanted at Bay Ridge, which just happened to be last new one in the US! Since my Dealer way down in Virginia wouldn't get it for me, I took an Amtrak Train to Penn Station where I was quickly met by a driver from this Dealership! (Huge plus for starting things off right!) They had all paperwork out, ready to sign, fed me lunch w a Cappachino and I drove all the way home with a huge grin on my face! They also blew ALL offers on similar Lexus Performance Car away more than anyone I've ever had the pleasure of working with! Special thanks to Angelo Tranquelino, and Calvin Poh for such intrinsic work on my behalf (Though Calvin has moved up to Acura now, Angelo is a Sales Manager worth whatever it is you're paying him - AND MORE!! The fact will always remain that this Dealership goes above and beyond for their Customers, despite the distance! Angelo was the main reason I chose to travel up there.
