This is my first Lexus. We bought it used but it looked like new. Everything was top-notch during the process of buying. The tutorial on the bells and whistles and every day things in the car was given by a rep/advisor who actually sat in the car and went over and over things until we understood it. We have taken the car back for all of its routine care. Their service area is unbelievable. Clean, comfortable, drinks, snacks, cushy chairs and sofa, fireplace. We will definitely go back when we are ready to buy again. I love my Lexus. It is a dream car, the ES, so great to drive. More
