Exceptional Service Above and Beyond - Wade S I Purchased a Lexus IS250 F sport after driving my old Honda Accord for 15 years. I did not even know the car started without a key. I am not very good with technology but found out that I could take my car to the Lexus dealership in Brookfield even though I purchased the car in Michigan and get a technology lesson on the car. We met with Wade S and he spent two hours with us teaching us the inns and outs of the car. All is I can say is I hope this gentleman gets paid well because I never spent that much time with somebody who was so patient and so thorough and knew his business so well. He treated my husband and I like we were close friends of his. He went above and beyond showing us and teaching us things that were not even in the manual. He did all the set up of everything we needed including additional apps on my phone that go through the car. He showed us tips and tricks that were very useful. He invited us to come back after we drove the car for a couple weeks with any further questions or demonstrations we needed. Wade is highly knowledgeable and extremely professional and friendly. He was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to going back and meeting with him again if necessary. He also told me I could text him anytime with questions or give him a call anytime. More
