Technical issue with Lexus GX460 I recently had an issue with my Lexus GX460. The interior lights would not turn off. Of course this happened on a Saturday when the service department I recently had an issue with my Lexus GX460. The interior lights would not turn off. Of course this happened on a Saturday when the service department had already closed. The receptionist transferred me to Wade Schumacher with the hope that he could help me resolve the issue. Wade immediately returned my message on a Saturday afternoon. He sent a text out to multiple Lexus dealerships to try to get some advice for me. In an hour's time he called me with advice from a dealership in California. This ultimately worked, and I avoided a dead battery, and a trip into the dealership. Wade was very helpful, funny, and truly went above and beyond on a late Saturday afternoon. I have said it once, and I will say it a hundred times. . .I will never drive another car other than a Lexus. Not only because of the quality of the car, but the way they stand behind their product! I tried step by step through the owner's manual with no luck. I called Wade to see if he could help me and he fit me in between his appointments within a couple of hours. He fixed my problem in 30 seconds! Great service!! More
