He answered my online inquiry in one day and continued to keep in contact until I could drive the 90 miles to come and see the SVU I wanted. Jeff Baker in sales was honest and helpful in arranging the purchase and following up later to make sure I was satisfied and did not have any questions. Jordan Klein was efficient with the many forms necessary to complete the purchase and made the process as painless as possible. Wade Schumacher, technology specialist, could not have been more friendly, understanding and knowledgeable as he spent 2 ½ hours with me going over the many features of my new car. He made it fun instead of intimidating. Then to top off the day, I was introduced to the Executive General manager, Joe Palmisano.
