The paperwork was ready when I arrived, It was all organized and didn't take very long. My new car was waiting when that was finished. Lexus Wade did a fantastic job of walking me through the new/different features from the older Lexus I had just traded in. I drove away knowing everything I needed to know and although I have Lexus Wade on speed dial, he did such a great job, I haven't needed to reach out. Great experience after stressful situation I ended up having my last car fail on me the night before my husband left for a business trip. I had to get kids to school and sports events and I had I ended up having my last car fail on me the night before my husband left for a business trip. I had to get kids to school and sports events and I had to get to work - luckily I was able to (barely) get the old car to the dealership the next morning. Nate the manager got the process started with my trade-in and Sam was able to get me the new Lexus RX350 with the options I wanted - he helped talk me through the process and get everything set up quickly. Jordan in Finance was also extremely helpful with the lease process and helped make sure we were able to quickly get through everything and talked me through the financial portion to make sure it was all clear. I signed that day and am extremely happy with the new car. I appreciate all of their help and overall had a great experience. More
