Drove 5 hours to this dealership for a car that I really wanted and I was not disappointed at all. Everyone is very welcoming, nice, and respectful. I currently drive a 2017 RX350, and my lease return date was approaching. Jazzmin actually called me and told me about the lease pull ahead program, and asked what I was looking for in my new vehicle. I gav was approaching. Kevin Bell was excellent to work with on buying our 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport SL AWD. He responded quickly to our questions and made the buying experience enjoyable. Bob Hill was amazing! He was patient and informative. He allowed me to look at several vehicles before I decided on what fit me best. It was my first Lexus experience -never driven one before- so it was imp allowed me to look at several vehicles before I decided on what fit me best. It was my first Lexus experience -never driven one before- so it was important for me to get to know my options before making a decision.
