Lexus of Brookfield

Ok, so I normally am not a big fan of doing reviews but after visiting Lexus of Brookfield and one of their sales associates Bob Hill, I feel compelled to do a review. My intentions were simply to see the after visiting Lexus of Brookfield and one of their sales associates Bob Hill, I feel compelled to do a review. My intentions were simply to see the dealership and get info on the Lexus's SUV's. Well, upon entering the dealership I was very impressed with someone opening the door for me, once inside welcomed me, asked if I needed a bottle of water and asked how can I help you. I said I simply wanted to explore what Lexus vehicles were about and get educated. They connected me with Bob Hill who was amazing. He also welcomed me, escorted me to his office and we simply chatted and he never asked about me buying a vehicle - shocking!!!!! I started the conversation by saying I am interested in buying an SUV and just exploring all me vehicle options. Well, Bob clearly and simply explained my Lexus options and showed me some SUV's in the show room. I actually was interested in the 2026 RX Lexus 350 Premium. He offered me a test ride and I accepted and was blown away. To make a long story short, I bought the vehicle and absolutely love it. I had a GMC Acadia Denali so was fussy about my next vehicle. All I can tell you is this, if you are in the market for an amazing vehicle, I highly recommend exploring Lexus of Brookfield and for sure working with Bob Hill, he was breathe of fresh air when working with a sales associate when exploring to purchasing a vehicle. I give the dealership and him both a 10!!!!!!!! More

We had an excellent experience at Napleton’s Lexus of Brookfield. The late model Lexus RX 350 was listed in their online ads. I went in and talked with Bob Hill who I had met a few months ago. Bob is an excellent sales representative who is knowledgeable, and takes a personal interest in his clients/customers. Bob and his team were very easy to work with. The preowned vehicle is exactly as advertised on the internet. Bob provided me with all the information on the car and included the Car Fax vehicle history. The deal closed fairly and smoothly. All of our questions were answered on delivery day. This is my 4th Lexus purchase in last 20 years. Based on my experience with Bob Hill and Lexus of Brookfield, I will likely return in the future for other cars. More
