I bought a 2011 HS250 that I picked up Saturday, May 28th. Joe Fass was an excellent sales person, very professional and responsive to my inquiries due to the lengthy time it took to receive my car afte 28th. This was my first purchase from Lexus of Bridgewater but it definitely won't be my last. From the moment I walked thru the door everyone treated me with professionalism and respect. Joe Faas, is one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. His knowledge and experience left me extremely satisfied and impressed. He knew the cars very well and was able to explain all features and options. At no point was he rushing us or pressuring us into a purchase. He made the car buying experience a pleasure. When we returned to pick up our new vehicle Joe took two hours to explain the car to us from bumper to bumper. No salesman has ever done more than just hand us the keys at vehicle delivery. Joe went above and beyond and I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone in the market for a Lexus. The pricing is great, they are honest, and gimmick free. Scott Giarraffa the Finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. Thanks again to everyone at Lexus of Bridgewater for the great experience and we will be back for another car soon Joe! More

I was all set to take delivery from a dealer in NY. I saw the car in the rain. When it was delivered it had pitting over 3/4's of the car. I stopped the deal. I was surprised that a lexus pre-certified car could be sold in such poor condition. I was also amazed that a dealer could list a price on the internet and then add a dealer fee of $995. This seems like false advertising. I also went to edison lexus and asked for a lease price on a new es350. The sales manager gave me a hard time and pretty much said if I don't take a test drive I can't get a price. Bridgewater lexus was a breath of fresh air. I was pretty under-dressed when I came in and they treated me very well. This guy Joe Fass treated me honestly and fairly. He not only provided me with a fair deal on a great car but also gave me a great buying experience. All you car salesmen out there, take a lesson from Joe, don't make selling a car a win-loose situation between you and your customer. If you provide an enjoyable buying experience you will receive more referrals, more repeat business and make more money. Bottom line - Joe Fass and Bridgewater Lexus are class acts. More

This recommendation is exclusively for the Lexus of Bridgewater SERVICE DEPARTMENT. The service at this dealership is fantastic. Not only is the car fixed right, it is returned freshly washed every visit. Look for Walter to greet you, and Joel has been amazing as our Service Consultant. Unfortunately the sales department is horrendous and we will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. After dealing with the sales department I swore I would NEVER purchase another Lexus vehicle but my wife does not want to give up the wonderful service department at Lexus of Bridgewater so she holds on to her 8 year old car rather than lose Joel & Walter. I could not really appreciate this until this past week when my wife really required assistance and they were there for her. In a big way. That means a lot when you are miles away and unable to be there yourself. After this week I will reconsider my stance on purchasing another Lexus but not my commitment NOT to purchase it from their loathsome sales department. Many thanks to all that have been so wonderful, helpful, and friendly each and every service visit. We will continue to support you, and speak very highly of the Lexus of Bridgewater Service Department. We will also continue to tell everyone how terribly we were treated by the sales department, never, ever, have we been treated in such an unprofessional, condescending manner... and this was as repeat customers! This was the first time I had been car shopping in over 10 years. I was not sure what I really wanted and was shopping all types of cars and car brands. Joe unlike others I met with listened to my concerns and wants in a car. His knowledge of the products Lexus offers was a real education to me. He put me at ease as I did my test drive. There were no games, gimmicks or pressure. He let me walk out of the dealership after my first visit with no pressure of the need to buy. I went to other dealerships and test drove other cars, none gave me the education on their vehicles or made me feel as comfortable as I did at Lexus of Bridgewater. When I returned to Lexus of Bridgewater over a month later Joe again treated me with respect and care. He made the selection process and pricing process easy and pressure free. He took the time to go over the vehicle from back to front when I picked it up. That extra time and hands on service made me feel that I could use the many features on my own as soon as I left the dealership. It was also nice to know that Joe was willing to speak to me at any time to re-review or answer any questions I might have even months or years after I had purchased the vehicle.
