I'm delighted with my 350 and I hasve Nick to thank for familiarizing me with the computer system. He's a whiz and has the patience of a saint. I now understand and use the computer. We went in to look for a replacement for our 11 year old RX300, today was our fourth vehicle purchase from Lexus of Bridgewater and each time we feel that the level of care given our needs was not only exce RX300, today was our fourth vehicle purchase from Lexus of Bridgewater and each time we feel that the level of care given our needs was not only excellant but better than the previous. It had been a number of years since our last visit to the Showroom and we were told by our Service Advisor to speak with Tim Macpherson. Tim along with Max Campbell spent considerable time showing us a number of models and options that helped guide us come to our final decision. Max was not only attentive to our needs and concerns but he gave us a great deal of insight that helped us cement our decision. With Tim and Max's help we walked out the same day with a new vehicle and felt that all of our expectations were not only met but exceeded. This along with the outstanding work that the Service department does insures that Lexus of Bridgewater is the only place we go for our vehicle needs. More

We were moving back to the US from an overseas assignment and needed a new car for my wife. Joe was extremely understanding of our needs and explained the car and its features at great length to us. He didn't push but allowed us to ask as many questions as needed to help us arrive at a decision. We had all these apprehensions of a 'car salesman' and Joe just made us feel very comfortable with our own decision process. We had to time our delivery to our arrival back to the US and Joe worked with us to get it all set up just right. On the D-day, he even picked me up from the rental location closeby...just one of the many things that he does to make the experience feel just right! Thanks Joe for making the purchase so smooth. Joe works hard to ensure that his customers are satisfied with their new vehicles; he spends a great deal of time explaining each feature and provides opportunities for a comprehensive test drive (I find that some other dealers cannot be bothered with such details). I like working with Joe and Bridgewater Lexus because of the personalized service provided and because of the professionalism of the sales and service staff (Joe is very knowledgeable about Lexus products and seems to be very proud of Lexus quality). He knew the cars very well and was able to explain all features and options. At no point was he rushing us or pressuring us into a purchase. He's made my car buying experience all these year's a pleasure. When my wife or I come in to pick up our new Lexus Joe makes sure when you leave you know the car like you know the back of your hand.. No salesman has ever done more than just hand us the keys at vehicle delivery. Joe went above and beyond and I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone in the market for a Lexus. He was very patient and kind making sure to answer all of questions and validate our concerns. We were very happy with our experience at Bridgewater Lexus with our Salesman Joe Fass, the Sales Manager Roger, and last but not least the Finance Manger Scott, who was also very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Our experience will certainly bring us back to Bridgewater Lexus in the future. If you are in the market for a Lexus - Look no further this dealership is top-notch! More
My wife and I had seen a vehicle on the cars.com website that was located at this dealership, so I called to inquire aboute it. The person on the phone was Joe Fass. He went and took my information and returned my phone call after he went to make sure the vehicle was indeed on the lot and ready for a sale. He held the vehicle for us until we were able to arrive at the dealership the next day. The vehicle was exacly what we were looking for. I have purchased quite a few cars in my day, and Joe Fass is the most friedliest sales consultant I have ever delt with. He imposed absolutely NO pressure on us to buy. My wife and I drove an hour and 20 minute just to deal with Joe. He even made sure we had some lunch when we arrived on the lot! I have never met ANYONE who would go out of their way as he did for us. He was about making us happy, not selling a car. He spoke our language and not the numbers game. Joe made it so comfortable for us , it was like he was family. I cant wait to see him again when we take delivery of our new truck. Joe will be the only person I deal with in the future. He gave us what we wanted and not some sales pitch. If there is an honorable award out there that this man can receive, theres no dought in my mind Joe deserves it. More
