My wife and I went to this dealer, we wanted to trade in both of our Lexus cars, one a 2000 ES 300 Platinum the other a 2005 ES 330, the sales rep Kurt was rude and when he quoted a price for the 2005 for u both of our Lexus cars, one a 2000 ES 300 Platinum the other a 2005 ES 330, the sales rep Kurt was rude and when he quoted a price for the 2005 for us, exclaimed "what did you expect" when I tried to negotiate wit him he just looked at us and waved his hands. We have previously purchased four cars from them, we did expect to be treated a bit more friendlier. More

Went to Lexus dealer to buy a new vehicle. had dealt with Peter Chan 10 years ago when we bought our first Lexus and happy to see that he was still there !! Overall, I find the Dealership and the folks there very nice. I would go back there again.
