We were moving back to the US from an overseas assignment and needed a new car for my wife. Joe was extremely understanding of our needs and explained the car and its features at great length to us. He held the vehicle for us until we were able to arrive at the dealership the next day. The vehicle was exacly what we were looking for. I have purchased quite a few cars in my day, and Joe Fass is the most friedliest sales consultant I have ever delt with. He imposed absolutely NO pressure on us to buy. My wife and I drove an hour and 20 minute just to deal with Joe. He even made sure we had some lunch when we arrived on the lot! I have never met ANYONE who would go out of their way as he did for us. He was about making us happy, not selling a car. He spoke our language and not the numbers game. Joe made it so comfortable for us , it was like he was family. I cant wait to see him again when we take delivery of our new truck. Joe will be the only person I deal with in the future.
