I have nothing but the highest praise for the professionalism with which my entire purchase was handled. Joe is a man who has total understanding not only of the vehicle itself, but also of the nee for the driver to be thoroughly at home with this beautiful and complex automobile. I would say, too, that he has a delightful sense of humor and serves as a marvelous representative of a truly exceptional dealership. This is the second Lexus I have purchased at Lexus of Bridgewater, and it will not be the last. All sales personnel are terrific at their jobs, but Joe has something special that makes him a joy to do business with and a real pleasure to know. However, Joe quickly eased our fears with his courteous, patience, and very accommodating demeanor. He ensured that we arrived in NJ safely and even picked us up from the airport. I don’t know anything about the other salesman but I highly recommend that if you’re in the market for a Lexus, go to Lexus of Bridgewater, and specially request Joe Fass as your salesman. Our experience was over the top and will definitely be one that we'll remember for the rest of our lives. To top it all off we're the proud owners of a gorgeous Lexus IS350C and I can undoubtedly say that I'll be a Lexus driver for life. More

Overall, I find the Dealership and the folks there very nice. I would go back there again. I'm delighted with my 350 and I hasve Nick to thank for familiarizing me with the computer system. He's a whiz and has the patience of a saint. I now understand and use the computer. We went in to look for a replacement for our 11 year old RX300, today was our fourth vehicle purchase from Lexus of Bridgewater and each time we feel that the level of care given our needs was not only exce RX300, today was our fourth vehicle purchase from Lexus of Bridgewater and each time we feel that the level of care given our needs was not only excellant but better than the previous. It had been a number of years since our last visit to the Showroom and we were told by our Service Advisor to speak with Tim Macpherson. Tim along with Max Campbell spent considerable time showing us a number of models and options that helped guide us come to our final decision. Max was not only attentive to our needs and concerns but he gave us a great deal of insight that helped us cement our decision. With Tim and Max's help we walked out the same day with a new vehicle and felt that all of our expectations were not only met but exceeded. This along with the outstanding work that the Service department does insures that Lexus of Bridgewater is the only place we go for our vehicle needs. More
