This was my first car purchase "on my own" and Joe treated me with respect and patience as he answered all my questions and demonstrated all the features on the car. Again, he took extra time to explain all the features rather than just send me on my way to figure it all out at home. I never felt any pressure nor impatience during my whole experience. I feel I now have a car that I paid a fair price for, and is backed by an amazing warranty. Scott answered all my questions financially, and honored the APR rate I saw on line that was one month old. The dealership will be paying the extra 1% to make up the difference...isn't that unheard of in today's day and age??! I felt my entire experience was great... and I know that I will be treated with the same great customer service in the years to come. I will most definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family, and tell them they can't buy a car from anyone other than Joe Fass!
