I have bought a number of new automobiles from this dealership since I've been in New Jersey over the past 13 years. As all of my past autos have been new, my salesman offered a Lexus Certified User A dealership since I've been in New Jersey over the past 13 years. As all of my past autos have been new, my salesman offered a Lexus Certified User Auto (less than one model year old) to avoid the lengthy wait for a new similar vehicle. I was given an extremely reasonable price for my Lexus trade-in that was nearly 9 model years old, and the price we settled on for the Lexus Certified Used Auto was very attractive. When we picked up the car, I was pleasantly surprised as to the cleanliness and condition of the car...one would have believed it was brand new inside and out. All of my requests were met, the financing turned out to be very attractive as well, and I must say we are very happy customers again. We actually came in the dealership to buy and new car, and my experience thus far with a Lexus Certified has been very positive. I would not hesitate to recommend such an option to a work colleague, friend or relative. Finally, the dealer salesmen, as always was tremendous and since we bought a hybrid with lots of bells and whistles, explained everythhing thoroughly to us and offered his expertise numerous times should we have any further questions. Since 1997 we have been coming to "Lexus of Bridgewater" (formely DiFeo Lexus of Bridgewater). We live 40 miles from this dealership. We have just purchased our 10th vehicle from him. He always gives us personalized service and attention. He has taken care of us each time as if we were purchasing a Lexus for the first time. He is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about all his vehicles. He spends the time to teach you about the entire car every time we have made a purchase. The Service Center is also the best around. I wouldn't take my Lexus to any other Lexus Service Centers and my records show that. Traveling 80 miles round trip is well worth it. We highly recomend "Lexus of Bridgewater" and especially "Joe Fass" who is such an asset to Lexus! More

My wife and I went to this dealer, we wanted to trade in both of our Lexus cars, one a 2000 ES 300 Platinum the other a 2005 ES 330, the sales rep Kurt was rude and when he quoted a price for the 2005 for u both of our Lexus cars, one a 2000 ES 300 Platinum the other a 2005 ES 330, the sales rep Kurt was rude and when he quoted a price for the 2005 for us, exclaimed "what did you expect" when I tried to negotiate wit him he just looked at us and waved his hands. We have previously purchased four cars from them, we did expect to be treated a bit more friendlier. More

Mr. Joe Fass was the reason I bought a pre-owned Lexus when I did. I found him to be more knowledgeable than any sales representative I have ever dealt with.
