My overall experience with Lexus of Bridgewater was very memorable. From my first call and speaking with Mr. Fass, he was extremly professional and attentive to my inquiry about the car I was interested in memorable. Once Mr. Fass identified the car that I was interested in on their website, he went right to work getting as close the price I was willing to pay for the car. This didn't take long, and we reached an agreement of the price. From there we began to discuss what arrangements would be necessary to arrange delivery of the car. Once all of the details were set, everything was a go. Since the car was being paid for with the proceeds of another car that was totalled it became a waiting game. There was delay after delay from my lien holder in delivering the Title to me which was causing Mr. Fass to make arrangements to continue to hold the car. Because he was true gentlemen, Mr. Fass was able to make unbelievable arrangements that all worked out in the end. The deliverships curtious service was extended to me by having me picked up and brought to the dealership to close the deal.
