I was impressed with Wayne's knowledge and professionalism. He was a big part of the reason that I decided to purchase a Lexus. He answered all of my questions completley and patiently. He did a great job demonstrating and explaining the many features of my vehicle. He answered all my questions and concerns truthfully and never pressured me into making a decsion. I have purchased several vehicles at other dealerships over the years and I must say this was the best overall experience I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend Wayne to my friends and family. My girlfriend and I came to this dealer to check out a used 2008 Jeep liberty limited. The people here were so kind and classy that it was the exact opposite feeling of the stereotypical used car salesmen used 2008 Jeep liberty limited. The people here were so kind and classy that it was the exact opposite feeling of the stereotypical used car salesmen experience. Everybody in the entire building treats you like you are buying one of their top $$$ Lexus regardless of how your dressed or what vehicle you are interested in. Ive been to tons of dealers and many of the high end car dealers judge their potential sale off of what car you drove in with, what car your interested in or how you were dressed. These people are very classy and they are down to earth, the dealership really makes you feel at home and every person is respectful and polite. The customer satisfaction is cleary their goal. Mr Ron Joffe is the general manager of the entire dealer and he personally dealt with us. Unlike other dealers he did not pawn us off to another sales person because he was "too important", instead he was very warm and personable. He personally walked us to the vehicle (when Im sure he could have been doing more important work) with the dealer plate and let us test drive it. My girlfriend instantly fell in-love with the Jeep and we returned and spoke with him about it. Although we were at a "Lexus" dealer he spoke very highly of the vehicle we ended up purchasing along with its history and even remembered the owner who traded it in, and was very sincere in his description. He clearly knows all the vehicles on his lot (used and new) and is not judgemental or prejudice towards people that arent interested in buying a new Lexus. After we praised how much we liked the Jeep and that we wanted to purchase it, he then directed us to Edmond Carlock who helped finalize the sale and deals with the financial aspect of sales along with the contracts etc... Mr Carlock is a very pleasent and soft spoken man. Hes completely down to earth and like Mr. Joffe is very kind. Hes a well educated man and is someone who was worked hard to get to his position. This is a humble person whom from when we spoke was someone that used to repair the vehicles. We literally spoke for hours and it was anything but the actual sale lol. We talked about old cars, past jobs, history, our backgrounds etc.. Its blatantly obvious that this dealer and its employees care more about the people and their experience rather then just making the sale. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone regardless if its a new lexus or in our case a beautiful pre-owned Jeep. thank you again!!! More

He is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product he sells, dedicated to his dealership and the standards they set for quality and service and he deli knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product he sells, dedicated to his dealership and the standards they set for quality and service and he delivers a new car like no one I have ever dealt with. No pressure in his sales approach; just facts. His valuation of my trade in was spot on the Edmunds blue book value. On balance, and after dealing with BMNW, Mercedes and Audi dealerships in the past this was an experience that established a new level of expectation for my next new car purchase. Bridgewater Lexus is a dealership not to be missed. More
This was our first time looking at Lexus. Wayne was very helpful in the differences in what we would get with the various Lexus vehicles and how they might compare to the other cars we were looking at (Toyo helpful in the differences in what we would get with the various Lexus vehicles and how they might compare to the other cars we were looking at (Toyota, etc.). We never felt pressured and he went out of his way to show us both new and used options to meet our budget. We also had kids with us the whole time and he was patient and supportive while we took care of them during our visit - even letting them take a business card from each of the desk which occupied them for 20 minutes so we could concentrate on the car discussions with Wayne without distractions. He also drove us over to the service center and introduced us to the service manager - a very warm way of having us feel part of the Lexus family and ensuring we knew who people were. It was an amazing experience. He has since also followed up with us after our purchase. We were very impressed and have already started referring our friends to Wayne and to the dealership. What a great experience! More
My buying experience at Lexus of Bridgewater could not have been better. I had spent months looking for a car at several dealerships in Bergen and Morris Counties. Never was I treated with the respect and patience that Wayne DeGroff showed me. And of all things, I was buying a non-Lexus pre-owned vehicle! Wayne allowed me several drives in the car and at no time was I pressured into a decision. Along with Wayne, Sirad Summerlin also showed the utmost in professionalism regarding my questions and making me feel at home with their sales support and service. When my wife needs to replace her ES-300, Lexus of Bridgewater is the first place we'll visit. It doesn't get any better than this. More

I went to Lexus of Bridgewater to buy a used car. I met Joe and he took very good care of me. Easily the best experience buying a used car yet, and I would defiantly recommend him to anyone. This was my first car purchase "on my own" and Joe treated me with respect and patience as he answered all my questions and demonstrated all the features on the car. I spent 7 hours with Joe in two days...half of that time for the purchase, and half for the delivery of the car. Again, he took extra time to explain all the features rather than just send me on my way to figure it all out at home. I never felt any pressure nor impatience during my whole experience. I feel I now have a car that I paid a fair price for, and is backed by an amazing warranty. Scott answered all my questions financially, and honored the APR rate I saw on line that was one month old. The dealership will be paying the extra 1% to make up the difference...isn't that unheard of in today's day and age??! I felt my entire experience was great... and I know that I will be treated with the same great customer service in the years to come. I will most definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family, and tell them they can't buy a car from anyone other than Joe Fass! I'm planning on driving a Lexus for all my cars after this one as well. Thanks Joe and Scott!! :o) More
