From the minute you walk into this dealership you know that you are welcome because everyone greets you; offers coffee water or tea; and makes sure that you are comfortable. There is no pressure to buy yet encouragement to check out the vehicles without a salesperson on your heels. When down the road I decide to buy another car it will be from this dealership and from Glenn Treich. Glenn is the best salesperson I have ever encountered. He's patient, answers all questions, is not afraid to say he doesn't know something but will check it out for you, and is very thorough and meticulous about getting a buyer ready to drive the car they have just purchased. He made me want to read my manuals and look into the features I have in the car I purchased because he so enthusiastically introduced me to every aspect of the navigation, radio, temp control, etc, etc. I highly recommend this dealership and its salesperson Glenn Treich. My overall experience with Lexus of Bridgewater was very memorable. From my first call and speaking with Mr. Fass, he was extremly professional and attentive to my inquiry about the car I was interested in memorable. Once Mr. Fass identified the car that I was interested in on their website, he went right to work getting as close the price I was willing to pay for the car. This didn't take long, and we reached an agreement of the price. From there we began to discuss what arrangements would be necessary to arrange delivery of the car. Once all of the details were set, everything was a go. Since the car was being paid for with the proceeds of another car that was totalled it became a waiting game. There was delay after delay from my lien holder in delivering the Title to me which was causing Mr. Fass to make arrangements to continue to hold the car. Because he was true gentlemen, Mr. Fass was able to make unbelievable arrangements that all worked out in the end. The deliverships curtious service was extended to me by having me picked up and brought to the dealership to close the deal.
