I recently purchased a Lexus GS from Joe Fass and found him to be very knowledgable about not only the Lexus but other vehicles that I was con with. I have dealt with Joe for many years. They excel at customer service, integrity, and attention to details. Our salesman, Joe Fass is a key factor that keeps us coming back. He continually demonstrates excellent product knowledge, and listens to his customers’ needs rather than just trying to push a car out the door. He is the standard that all car sale people should be judged by. Our satisfaction is what everyone at the dealership is focused on; from the receptionist to the service department and the finance manager who walked us thus the paperwork needed to be signed before they delivered the car. Before we left our salesman went over all of the cars features and followed up the next day to ensure we did not have any questions. I was really fortunate to have Joe Fass help me out with my new car purchase. He was extremely courteous, professional and friendly. While making a sale was very important to him, his attention to the cust my new car purchase. He was extremely courteous, professional and friendly. While making a sale was very important to him, his attention to the customer's need was even more important. He was extremely patient and took his time to go over the details of the car - not just prior to the sale, but post-sale as well. He even stayed after closing to go over every feature of the car, setup my navigation system, blutooth, etc. It was extremely helpful because I didn't have to spend any time on my own trying to figure out the various buttons and switches. Luxury brands don't always have salespeople who exude the elegance that the brand stands for, but Joe is an exception. He is always impeccably dressed and well-spoken. It was a pleasure buying my first Lexus from him! More

I just leased my 6th Lexus dealing exclusively with Joe Fass. The first time I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe, I knew this was going to be a long term relationship. I am in sales myself and being "skilled in the art", I know exactly how I want to be treated as a customer. Joe goes well beyond the call of duty. His knowledge of the vehicles, taking the time to explain all of the options and not one time over the years has he ever tried to sell me something I didn't need. Joe operates in a very pleasant and relaxed manner and it is a pleasure not having to deal with high pressure sales which are often associated with buying or leasing a car. Even after the sale is done, Joe always follows up to see how I like the vehicle and if there is any questions that he can answer. Very often when I take my vehicle in for service early in the morning, I always have the pleasure of seeing Joe at the service department which reflects his total comittment to his customers and to Lexus. The reason why I wrote this review is to alert potential customners that you can indeed have a hassle free, pleasant experience in buying or leasing a Lexus. More
If I were asked to describe my experience at Lexus of Bridgewater using only one word I would have to say “DIFFERENT”. DIFFERENT then what I have experienced at any other dealership starting from the mo Bridgewater using only one word I would have to say “DIFFERENT”. DIFFERENT then what I have experienced at any other dealership starting from the moment I walked through the doors for the first time till – well actually it hasn’t changed even after I purchased my RX450h from Master Sales & Leasing Consultant Joe Fass. Joe Fass is a DIFFERENT kind of car salesman, he took the time to learn about my real needs and concerns, not just to fill out a form but to actually understand what I was looking for. Once he recommended the 450h he allowed the vehicle to sell its self. There were no high pressure sales tactics, he didn’t call me the following day trying to pressure me into a sale, there were no unsolicited e-mails filling my in box. He allowed me to progress at my own pace. When I was ready to purchase the vehicle, Lexus of Bridgewater was the only dealership that when negotiating a final price didn’t have the salesman give his “best” price and then have the manager(s) come out and make you think they were giving you a special deal. I only dealt with Joe, who was willing to do whatever it took to get my business. He even went as far as purchasing the vehicle I wanted from another dealership (since he didn’t have the color and trim package I was looking for in his stock) and then sold it to me for less then what the other dealership was asking. While finalizing the selling price another dealerships actually said I should be called Jessie James and that I should take the car at the price being offered by Joe Fass since no one else would be able to beat it. Upon delivery, again unlike any other car salesman I’ve dealt with in the past, Joe was DIFFERENT, he took the time, well over an hour and a half, to go over every nuance of my new car so that when I left the dealership I was as comfortable driving it as I was with my previous Lexus RX which I had for more than 11 years. Now that I have had my new car for over two (2) months a few questions regarding the operation of some of the features have come up, Joe Fass has been extremely helpful with his knowledge and expertise in regards to the operation and functioning of my new RX450 Hybrid. Which by the way is averaging over 30 MPG? :-) If you are looking for a DIFFERENT kind of car buying experience look for Joe Fass at Lexus of Bridgewater – you won’t be sorry. More
