He provided a no pressure environment in which I could accurately judge the vehicle I had come to test drive. He was patient as I asked questions and inspected several other years of the same model for comparison purposes. He and Lexus of Bridgewater were able to give an extraordinarily competitive offer on my trade-in ($1000 more than the next highest area Lexus dealer). They also had the most competitive pricing in the PA/NJ/NY/CT on the pre-owned model that I was interested in. Very friendly, attentive, informative. Did not waste my time as often has happenned at dealers. I took advantage of Lexus waving final 6(5 in my case) lease payments. However I had some significant damag time as often has happenned at dealers. I took advantage of Lexus waving final 6(5 in my case) lease payments. However I had some significant damage to the vehicle. Sales manager(Lee) looked at the car for maybe 30 seconds and took it back at no charge. I realize that he did this based on his own circumstances/wanting me in another lease/etc, but still doubt many others would have done the same as quickly and easily. Joe Fass, sales representative knows the cars inside/out and makes sure you know it as well as possible also. More

We bought 2 Lexus cars from Joe Fass 10 years ago and had a great experience with his knowledge of the Lexus brand. When we were ready to purchase another car, we wanted the same great experience as the las a great experience with his knowledge of the Lexus brand. Joe Fass was great to work with from begining to end. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and took the time to patiently explain all of the features. About a week after I purchased the car I went back with a new cell phone and Joe was happy to help me set that up in the car as well. He was very personable and professional and made the process enjoyable and seemless. The is the second car I have bought from Joe Fass in 3 years and the reason is that Joe has earned my business by being the most knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, humorous salesperson I have ever had the years and the reason is that Joe has earned my business by being the most knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, humorous salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Most salespeople are in the business of selling cars. Joe knows and acts differently. He is in the customer satisfaction business. I know about his grandchildren and he knows about mine. He takes the time to a) find out about the customer-his/her needs, driving habits b)truly collaborate with the customer so that the buying experience is a search for the perfect car for that person and c)shepherd the customer through the bewildering array of potential extras without being pushy and has said on more than one occasion, "do you really need that". I have never felt rushed nor have I ever had any salesperson, except Joe, sit in my new car with me and give me a personal tutorial. It's the little things that mean so much, for example, he takes a picture of the customer next to the car and sends it. I cannot give enough kudos to this unique individual.
