Bought a Lexus from this dealership two years ago and love the service they provide. I went back last week to buy another car (GX)and was helped by Peter Palma. It was late on a Saturday and just befor love the service they provide. I went back last week to buy another car (GX)and was helped by Peter Palma. It was late on a Saturday and just before closing. I liked the car and thought the pricing was fair but was surprised by the height of the vehicle. I had just moved into a new house that is 50 years old and had a low garage height. I was concerned that it wouldn't fit and wasn't sure what the exact height of my garage was. Peter offered to drive the car to my house (15 miles away) and check the fit. Again, it was Saturday about 30 minutes before closing and Peter had plans for the evening. I told him I didn't want to ruin his evening and that I would come back on Monday if the measurements worked out. Peter insisted and we drove to my house. The car fit. I would never have thought a rep from a dealership would provide that kind of service. Thanks again Peter. More

Joe was extremely informative, friendly and took the time to explain every detail, even the smallest questions we had about the car...he knew everything and was a wealth of knowledge. He wanted to make sure we had all the information to make the big decision of new car and feel comfortable and good about it. I've never had such a great experience at a car dealership before! We also met with Adam Brenner, who made sure we were very comfortable with the prices and our financial situation. He took the time to explain everything to us in great detail, did not try to push or sell us on anything and did not rush. Very friendly, attentive, informative. Did not waste my time as often has happenned at dealers. I took advantage of Lexus waving final 6(5 in my case) lease payments. I realize that he did this based on his own circumstances/wanting me in another lease/etc, but still doubt many others would have done the same as quickly and easily. Joe Fass, sales representative knows the cars inside/out and makes sure you know it as well as possible also. More
