The is the second car I have bought from Joe Fass in 3 years and the reason is that Joe has earned my business by being the most knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, humorous salesperson I have ever had the years and the reason is that Joe has earned my business by being the most knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, humorous salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Most salespeople are in the business of selling cars. Joe knows and acts differently. He is in the customer satisfaction business. I know about his grandchildren and he knows about mine. He takes the time to a) find out about the customer-his/her needs, driving habits b)truly collaborate with the customer so that the buying experience is a search for the perfect car for that person and c)shepherd the customer through the bewildering array of potential extras without being pushy and has said on more than one occasion, "do you really need that". I have never felt rushed nor have I ever had any salesperson, except Joe, sit in my new car with me and give me a personal tutorial. It's the little things that mean so much, for example, he takes a picture of the customer next to the car and sends it. I cannot give enough kudos to this unique individual.
