I have had great experience of purchasing my Lexus RX350 in Lexus of Bridgewater. The price they offered for the new car was so great that there is no need to bargain further. In this trip, the sales person, Mr. Wayne DeGroff also introduced the service department. They treat me like a family. Mr. DeGroff explained everything with the vehicle with patience. This was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. From my initial email to the first few phone calls, right through the visit everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful, especially Sirad a car. The first indication that this was going to be a good experience (besides the good price that attracted me in the first place) was that the dealership called the morning of my appointment to confirm the time, car and salesperson I would be working with. It set the tone for the day that they were aware of me as a customer and wanted my business. The test drive course that they use has a nice hill with tight turns and couple of highway merges, it was perfect to let me get a good feel for the car. The sale process itself was painless. Sirad was friendly and helpful without being over-bearing or schmoozy. I always felt like he was being direct and honest about answering any question I had, never dodgy or fake. I especially appreciated their showing me comparable vehicles priced for sale in the area, I already had those numbers but their willingness to show them and talk about them was a real plus in my eyes. Despite the fact that this dealership is a 3 hour drive for me, I would not hesitate to buy from them again if I get the chance. More

As the saying goes....the 3rd time’s a charm, then what's the 5th time? Last night I took home my 5th Lexus, a 2012 RX 350 in Stargazer Black, it is gorgeous! Not only was it my 5th Lexus, it was my 5th Lexu the 5th time? Last night I took home my 5th Lexus, a 2012 RX 350 in Stargazer Black, it is gorgeous! Not only was it my 5th Lexus, it was my 5th Lexus from Lexus of Bridgewater and it was my 5th Lexus from Mr. Joe Fass, the most amazing sales associate I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Yesterday, late morning started out with a phone call and a question to Joe Fass: "I want a new RX, can you get me in a new 2012?" I've known Joe for over 10 years now and knew when I called him he would make it happen! A couple hours later I was in the showroom with him and an hour after that we were driving around the lot picking out my color and doing papework. Some of my friends and colleagues refer to car shopping as a "dreaded" event. They often tell stories of the horrible experiences with salesmen and the "numbers game" not to mention their feeling of being taken advantage of and treated like an uneducated consumer. Well, my experience with Joe and Lexus of Bridgewater is the absolute, complete opposite. You see, after I met Joe in 2001 and took home my first Lexus he and I became instant friends. With friendship comes trust and from our very first conversation I knew I could trust him. He has always been 100% open and honest with me. There are no words to describe exactly how incredible each and every experience with Joe has been. He makes the process seamless, his professionalism is unsurpassed, his experience and knowledge of the Lexus product is insurmountable, and it’s as if Lexus runs through his veins. We spend more time together talking, catching up and laughing than working on the deal, it's just a comfortable, friendly, enjoyable experience one I certainly do not dread but look forward to every couple years! Joe not only handles my sales experience, he takes care of EVERYTHING related to my vehicle and always has. If i have a question...I call Joe, if I need an education on a feature...I call Joe, if I need service done...I call Joe, he's my single point of contact for my Lexus and I appreciate everything he does for me, he makes my life easier! To say I am happy I walked into that Lexus showroom in 2001 and met Joe Fass would be an understatement. Had I not, I am certain I would not be in my 5th Lexus and equally as important I would not have the privilege of his friendship. I am especially impressed with the TIME they gave at each step of the way from purchase through delivery. I felt that I almost exhausted them rather than the other way around. No games, no going back and forth with the manager and no frustration. I wonder why other dealerships cannot benchmark the methodology Joe leverages in selling me the suv. I did a lot of homework online (consume reports, KBB and even Ebay) I knew the feature and benefits I wanted, found the vehicle on Bridgewater Lexus website went in, negotiated in under 90 minutes and had the RX 350 a few days later. I had a prior lexus and thought I knew all the features so was a little annoyed when Joe made me go over the car with him. Turns out, I knew barely half of what I thought I did on the Nav systems, voice commands etc. It was a great experience with the dealership and Joe. I would buy again from him and recommend others search him out. More
