Lexus of Bridgewater is the best dealership I've ever been too! Had to have an unexpected and somewhat pricey repair done to my 2007 ES350...Jerry and the staff were great! From setting me up with a loaner to keeping me posted on the status of the repair to coordinating with Lexus USA for a refund via Warranty....everything was top notch! AND they didn't completely soak me (unlike some other dealerships I could name). The price was fair, the work was done well, the customer service was ACTUALLY pleasant! And helpful! Our salesperson Eric was congenial, honest, forthright in his answers to us about our prospective car, and contributed to the overall feeling that this would be the place to purchase our car. When he was on vacation, the car was actually delivered by another salesperson Peter Palma, who had the same attributes. The manager who actually wrote up the contract was more of your typical automobile sales person--there were a lot of numbers thrown at us by the manager with only a cursory explanation--although maybe this was supposed to be this way... Overall, we were very impressed with the Lexus experience. This is our first Lexus. We would definitely recommend Eric and Peter to anyone. More
