After speaking with a sales associate regarding a car they had posted for sale I drove an hour and a half to purchase the vehicle. We bought our first lexus at Ray Catena N.J. We had good experience with them and we tried to buy it from them again, but this dealership in Bridgewater offered much better deal for us and Carol with manage experience with them and we tried to buy it from them again, but this dealership in Bridgewater offered much better deal for us and Carol with manager Tim made very good impresion on the phone and emails. We live almost 1 1/2 hour away from them, but it was very well worth it the ride. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prompt service. We definitely will recomend them to everybody and hopefully next Lexus will buy from them again. Our new 2013 GS AWD is to die for. We trade in 2006 GS 300 AWD and thought that car was great, but the new one is 10 times better. More
I purchased my first Lexus recently. I was extremely impressed with the salesman Wayne DeGroff's knowledge and professionalism. Showed us the Service dept, (very important since we would need to go there for service) I have already recommended Wayne to friends. I just had my 5K oil change/service, spoke with Jose Mora and he kept me informed of everything. I have stopped by occasionally for the free car wash too. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and I must say this was the best experience by far. Wayne was the best salesperson I have run across, no pressure, knowledgable and professional. When I got a new cell phone he set it up for me and canceled the old one. I just can't get over how they "fuss" over you and really go out of their way to make you feel like a first rate customer. I will definitely recommend this dealership for car purchase and or service. More

Mary and the Lexus service staff are incredible. We have three vehicles with Lexus and, therefore, go to Lexus of Bridgewater for our service needs frequently. Even though there is a closer dealership to u three vehicles with Lexus and, therefore, go to Lexus of Bridgewater for our service needs frequently. Even though there is a closer dealership to us, we would never go anywhere else. The service team is pleasant from start to finish. They are focused on respecting your time by giving you realistic estimates, their loaner service is extremely flexible and helpful, cars always come back clean (unless YOU are in a rush and don't want it done) and they always try to help you navigate the cost of servicing your car. Mary is the Queen of Lexus service. She is helpful, smart, funny and has a genuine spirit that makes coming there much better than one expects. We love Mary but we also love the entire Lexus team. You guys are first class - keep it coming. More

What can you say about perfection? I was called about a possible recall item. When I returned the call, a service date was set up immediately for within a day or two. Upon arrival, Jerry Burt explained possible recall item. When I returned the call, a service date was set up immediately for within a day or two. Upon arrival, Jerry Burt explained the entire reason for the possible recall and the service time involved. He stated should time be a problem, Lexus would give me a lender car. It would take about 30 minutes for the service people to determine if the recall was a reality for me. Indeed, 30 minutes later, Jerry came to me and sent me merrily home as my Lexus did not fall within the guidelines for recall service to be done. Newspapers and refreshments were available the entire time I waited. I was even sent on my way with a couple of goodies. What more could you want from your car dealer! Grace Hulbert (and NO, I am not related to anyone who works at Lexus. They simply give good service. I wish my doctor was that good.) More
