Our salesperson Eric was congenial, honest, forthright in his answers to us about our prospective car, and contributed to the overall feeling that this would be the place to purchase our car. The manager who actually wrote up the contract was more of your typical automobile sales person--there were a lot of numbers thrown at us by the manager with only a cursory explanation--although maybe this was supposed to be this way... Overall, we were very impressed with the Lexus experience. This is our first Lexus. We would definitely recommend Eric and Peter to anyone. More

The GX met the needs of our canine family members. Sirad took the time to measure the crate in our then-current vehicle to determine which Lexus model would be best. He assisted in making the personal settings of many of the vehicle's features. After providing us with hands-on instruction, Sirad was also helpful in providing us with information regarding the post-purchase classes offered to assist us in becoming more knowledgeable in using all of the features of our new vehicle.
