We recently leased 2 RX350's from Lexus of Bridgewater through sales consultant Joe Fass. We were about to lease our 3rd, but received a letter stating Joe retired, and we were assigned a new Bridgewater through sales consultant Joe Fass. We were about to lease our 3rd, but received a letter stating Joe retired, and we were assigned a new sales consultant. However, we found out Joe did not retire, he left Bridgewater Lexus to go to Lexus of Route 10. We were very happy with Joe, and wanted to continue dealing with him, even if we had to switch dealerships. To add to our decision to change dealerships, we had service performed on our car two times by Lexus of Bridgewater. He first time, the car came back with the license plate and bracket dented, and was returned to us dirty. On the 2nd service, again, the license plate was dented, the bracket now broken, a half of a tank of gas was used, and again, the car was returned very dirty. All that was to be performed was an oil change, not run their errands. When we called to complain, nothing ever came out of it. Needless to say, we will not return to Lexus of Bridgewater, but will only go to Lexus of Route 10 and lease/purchase future vehicles with Joe Fass. More

If you want to save yourself time and lots of money, just visit them. From the first time I walked into the dealership and meet Ed Carlock (Sales and Leasing Consultant), to the day I picked up my car, this has been the best car buying experience I ever had in my life. Ed did not play any games, and showed me a few cars I that I saw on their internet site. He gave me the keys to a car to take a test drive with my wife. Ed is the most knowledgeable and polite sales consultant you would want to meet. He was very friendly and professional. He did not pressure me into anything I did not want. He treated me with the utmost respect. He made me feel like family. After 30 minutes I was signing a contract with the best deal yet. When I picked up the car, Ed did all the paperwork and signing docs in 10 min. He took the time to show me every switch and button, he even set up my Bluetooth phone with the car. Before you buy your next Lexus or any other good used car, call Ed and I'm sure he will give you the best deal and experience than any other dealer. I bought a 2006 CPO Lexus LS 430 from their sister Lexus branch.I had a brake service from Lexus of Bridgewater 11 months ago. Recently I was having the same brake problem. I called and they said the brake branch.I had a brake service from Lexus of Bridgewater 11 months ago. Recently I was having the same brake problem. I called and they said the brake service I had is covered for a 1 year warranty so they setup me up for an appointment.I was working with Jerry Burt and he worked it out, got me a loaner car since it was taking too long for a wait. I got back my car the next day and now it drives like new. The car feels like it just got out of the showroom. Was a great experience dealing with Jerry Burt and crew. Service took care of it and honored their workmanship and warranty. Thanks to the carwash crew for nicely washing the car too! Thanks to Jerry. By far the best car purchase experience we have ever had. Called up Lee to get some information on pricing for a 2013 ES300h for my in-laws. He arranged for the car to be ready for pick up including the dealer add ons within a day. My in-laws were in and out of the dealership within two hours which was important since they had a commitment they had to be at on time. Glenn assisted with finishing the transaction since Lee was in and out of meetings. He was great with making sure everything was taken care of and provided assistnace with showing many of the features. A seamless, quick, straight-forward transaction. We bought our first lexus at Ray Catena N.J. We had good experience with them and we tried to buy it from them again, but this dealership in Bridgewater offered much better deal for us and Carol with manage experience with them and we tried to buy it from them again, but this dealership in Bridgewater offered much better deal for us and Carol with manager Tim made very good impresion on the phone and emails. We live almost 1 1/2 hour away from them, but it was very well worth it the ride. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prompt service. We definitely will recomend them to everybody and hopefully next Lexus will buy from them again. Our new 2013 GS AWD is to die for. We trade in 2006 GS 300 AWD and thought that car was great, but the new one is 10 times better. More
I purchased my first Lexus recently. I was extremely impressed with the salesman Wayne DeGroff's knowledge and professionalism. Showed us the Service dept, (very important since we would need to go there for service) I have already recommended Wayne to friends. I just had my 5K oil change/service, spoke with Jose Mora and he kept me informed of everything. I have stopped by occasionally for the free car wash too. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and I must say this was the best experience by far. Wayne was the best salesperson I have run across, no pressure, knowledgable and professional. When I got a new cell phone he set it up for me and canceled the old one. I just can't get over how they "fuss" over you and really go out of their way to make you feel like a first rate customer. I will definitely recommend this dealership for car purchase and or service. More
