Came back home from another Lexus Dealer without finding color of my choice. Called this dealership and spoke with Lee Halpert on phone. Amazingly I got many more options for the same price which previous d color of my choice. Called this dealership and spoke with Lee Halpert on phone. Amazingly I got many more options for the same price which previous dealership was charging for the same model, but with less options. On top of that all staff specially Lee and Dawn Doborsielski were so so helpful and gentle to the core. A complete hassle free and easy to deal staff. I walked in dealership and was out in an hour or so with the car and with the options which other dealers were charging me for higher price. Further, as they could not get initial finance APR they offered (a little higher from the original price). So to bring back my monthly payments in line with original offered lower APR, they lowered down the cost of car. Finance person Adam Brenner eased my financing options. Anytime would recommend this dealership. More

Both the attention to detail and customer care that I received were bar none the best that i have had and I do not think that experience will be eclipsed in the near future. After having a bad experience at a few dealerships that shall remain nameless I was hesitant to continue and about to give up all together. Jerrell approached me while i was looking over vehicles in the used lot. He took the time to talk to me and find out what my needs were and then proceeded to provide me with all the necessary details on the vehicle I was interested in. We then worked on a the numbers which was a seamless process. After working with Jerrell Adam assissted me with the financing and the rest is history. I made contact with Sirad at Lexus of Bridgewater with hopes of finding the right vehicle. Sirad was friendly and knowledgable and answered all my questions. I received several calls from the pre owned manager with different vehicles as they arrived. Rodger called with a vehicle that fit all my needs and I arrived at the dealership the next evening to look at the vehicle. It was everything as they described and after a test drive I purchased it. The staff was always friendly and accommodating and patient since it took several calls from the manager to find the right vehicle. While I was signing a check for the largest purchase I ever made (other than my home), which was a bit nerve racking, I was actually laughng. This was a wonderful purchasing experience - especially when purchasing an auto can be stressful. I called the dealership on a Monday morning inquiring about a previously owned BMW X3. The add stated the when purchasing an auto can be stressful. I called the dealership on a Monday morning inquiring about a previously owned BMW X3. The add stated the auto as being a manual transmission but the photos identified this model as an automatic transmission. Dawn answered the phone an assured me that she would examine the auto herself and call me back with the answer. Within 5 minutes Dawn reported that this was indeed an automatic and asked me to review each photo to insure all my questions would be accurately answered. She was very professional, reassuring me of the quality of the vehicle, and would send additional photos if need be. Dawn insisted that it was a vehicle worth the hour and a half ride I would make from Westchester County in NY. She was right. After a test drive and a good hard look at this vehicle we made a fair deal. Dawn introduced me to Rodger and he also made a fair deal who introduced my to Adam who had another fair deal. I drove that car home that afternoon. Rides great, feels great, and looks great. It is obvious that Dawn and her associates have a willingness to do a superior job - making the customer leave feeling that it was a very good day for all.
