I have ended up with the finest automobile for the best price that I ever could've imagined. I am a Lexus guy and have been since I bought my first LS400 in 1990. I have referred at least 15 people to the LS over the years, and I have only the best comments about the finest car ever. I will be pleased to refer everyone I know to the dealership, and just did so this weekend to a golfing buddy of mine. When he's ready, he will be dropping by to visit with Eddie. Being the best, Ron spent time with my girlfriend and me and made me the very best recommendation about the 2011 LS that just came in. I didn't need to be sold. It only took one quick look and a short drive that I only took because my girlfriend wanted me to. Then, Ron had the good sense to have Eddie finish up the details. Eddie was as good as any sales guy I have ever met. So warm and helpful and friendly and professional. What a concept. :) I have totally enjoyed my buying experience and have also enjoyed getting to know Eddie. I will refer every person I know to Eddie to work with him and Ron to get the best deal possible anywhere in the world. I say this without hesitation because it's a distinct pleasure for me to be able to help my friends with what can be a traumatic situation and turn it into a wonderful experience of warmth and trust. Adam Brenner was also very warm and helpful and professional in finishing up the financing details. This whole experience with Ron and Eddie and Adam was THE most amazing car buying experience of my life. I negotiate commercial agreements for a living, having practiced law for 40 years, and I was so pleased and excited about the car that I forgot to negotiate the price. It's actually pretty funny, although I knew from the outset that the quoted price was VERY fair as it was quoted. So, I am proud to say that I am a Bridgewater Lexus customer for life and I will tell everyone I know that I am and I will recommend all of them to buy the best cars ever from the best dealership ever. Each and every staff person, from receptionist when we walked in the door initially, to Mr Carlock, Lee Halpert, General Sales Mgr, and then Scott Giarraffa , Financial Services Manager, made us feel like "family". There was absolutely no pressure to purchase and each showed a great amount of patience and professionalism throughout the entire experience. There is no doubt in our minds that we will recommend Lexus of Bridgewater to friends and family; nor is there any doubt that we will return to Lexus of Bridgewater when next we purchase a vehicle. Very Professional and Worked Diligently to Resolve Issue After having had a bad experience at another Lexus Dealership connected to Lexus of Bridgewater, we were very disappointed in the customer service and After having had a bad experience at another Lexus Dealership connected to Lexus of Bridgewater, we were very disappointed in the customer service and overall professionalism of the Lexus Dealerships in our area. Our perspective changed, however, when Rodger from Lexus of Bridgewater first reached out to us to apologize for how things were handled at the connected dealership and offered his assistance whether or not we purchased a vehicle from Bridgewater. After communicating via email with Rodger for a few days, we informed him of a vehicle we were interested in that was newly listed at the dealership where we had had the poor experience. Rodger was more than willing to offer his assistance: He had the car moved to the Bridgewater dealership immediately so we could come at our earliest convenience. After setting everything up, he informed us that he wouldn't be at the dealership but informed the salesperson of the situation. Ultimately, we purchased a Lexus CT200h that we are extremely happy with and were impressed by the professionalism, assistance, and overall service Sirad and Scott provided throughout the process. Sirad (Sales) was extremely helpful, accommodating, and seemed truly interested in helping us and demonstrating the professionalism and personal care we expected from a Lexus dealership. Scott (Finance Manager) made the financial process easy, informed us of all relevant info related to the purchase, and was generally efficient and professional. Overall, while we had a poor experience at a different Lexus dealership, Lexus of Bridgewater was an extremely positive experience and the team we worked with were extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, and we never felt rushed or pressured. We will absolutely recommend Lexus of Bridgewater to family and friends! And recommend Lexus of Bridgewater to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at a dealership that clearly values customer satisfaction and professionalism. Traveled from Columbus, NJ (3/29/14) - good signage for driveway enterance amid the Rte 22 construction. 1) Lexus of Bridgewater has the most impressive showroom and staff that I have ever experienced. 2) My son (for whom we were purchasing the vehicle for) were immedately greeted and shown to Eddie Ruggirello's desk; 3) We met Eddie, who had the vehicle parked near the door (pouring rain, naturally), and took a test drive; 4) we negotiated the price - which we were satisified with; 5) While Eddie has only been w/Lexus for 3 months, he was a pro on the paper work and contacting State Farm for the temporary insurance coverage; 6) While waiting (<15 minutes) to meet with Scott Giarraffa on the vehicle fianacing we enjoyed coffee and a bagel in the Lexas waiting area/living room - very comfortable. Our time with Scott was great - home - he thought he had died and gone to heaven! We were superimpressed by Eddie with his "customer-first" attention and attitude. A truly unique, talented and gifted salesman, person, father/husband (and rocker!). We would not hesitate to come back to Eddie for another vehicle purchase or recommend him and Lexus of Bridgewater to anyone in the market for a vehile. Lexus of Bridgewater - well done! Bravo! We walked in for information and pricing and drove out (several hours later) with our new Lexus. I would definitely recommend using these people and this dealership - which is not the experience I have had in many other car purchases over the years. More

They were very forthcoming and direct with their price quote, and they were very knowledgeable about describing the details of the car. The financial person describe to us all of the options that we had and very effectively described the 2 options regarding the March special that Lexus was running. We visited the service department and again was shown the most courteous and efficient service that we could expect. Buying a new car is usually a tiresome experience, but Lexus of Bridgewater made it a very stress free experience. More

I had been to the dealership a few times and each time I was greeted warmly by the receptionist (I am sorry that I did not get her name). However, I was so surprised that she knew my name after my first visit. My salesman was Eddie Ruggirello and was probably the reason that I bought the Lexus RX350 over the Acura MDX. He was so laid back and easy to work with while maintaining a level of professionalism.. Eddie was extremely detail oriented and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He answered all my questions honestly and never pressured me to buy the car. He has the patience of a saint and was never pushy. The car that I purchased had so many technological features that I was afraid I would never be able to drive it out of the lot. Sometimes he had to show me something twice but he always did it with a smile and never made me feel stupid. If there was a 10 star review, I would give it to Eddie. Thank you Eddie! Peter, Len and Adam were also great to work with. When I get my next car, I will come to Lexus of Bridgwater. More

From the very first exchange I had with Eddie S, I felt at ease and comfortable with driving all the way from Baltimore to Bridgewater with my 2 year old daughter and father in tow. We ran into an issue heading to the dealership and ended up showing up very late but Eddie and Rodger went out of their way to make sure we were taking care of. The amazing customer service we received was equally matched by the state of the dealership. It is extremely well kept, well maintained with ample food in the lunch room, the restrooms were pristine and there was a very nice entertainment room off of the very large and well light showroom. My daughter had a wonderful time and was entertained by Eddie and the very nice lady at the reception who both tended to her with toys and cartoon shows. Eddie S is an outstanding gentleman, family man and exception sales consultant. We never felt pushed or rushed as part of the process and we felt immediately at ease around him. He promptly listened to all the questions we had and made sure they were fully answered. His knowledge of the car we were purchasing was impressive and showed that he took the time to study the car and provide all the needed answers. He held my daughter for a while while I was tending to some business and even took the time to send a very nice and touching thank you note. Who does that nowadays!!! A truly pleasant experience from the beginning to the end which is something I've come to never expect from any car purchase!!! Rodger Pannucci was equally pleasant and worked with us to ensure that we were happy with our car purchase process. His straightforwardness, disciplined and very pleasant demeanor were greatly appreciated.
