I have been dealing with dealership for over twelve years now. First I will say the Dawn, salesperson, has always gone above and beyond in the purchase of our vehicles especially during COVID We purchased ou now. However, the great before and after sale accord with my salesman, Mr. Isaac Resek, made me write and confirm another 5-star review for my experience with this organization. Isaac worked very hard with pressure from me as well as from his Sales Management to successfully seal the sale. Also, it was a pleasure to talk with him - always with smiles and no sales tactics. There were a few matters after sale that needed to be taken care of. He listened and happily resolved them at my highest level of satisfaction even at his own expense. My salesmen at high end car dealerships in the past 47 years rarely did that. Isaac, thank you for your great service. And, thank Lexus of Brigewater for having Isaac in your Sales Department. More
