This dealership is very unprofessional. They are dishonest and use sad aggressive tactics to obtain what they want. What they didn't realize was I have a financial and legal background and They are dishonest and use sad aggressive tactics to obtain what they want. What they didn't realize was I have a financial and legal background and I was able to identify their bluff. I was informed that I had an open loan with them, which I knew in actuality that I did not have an open loan. Their salesperson (Issac) repeatedly called and left text messages to the point of harassment. The only way that I was able to stop those aggressive calls and text messages was to reply back stating that I would file a harassment complaint if this continues. I now started to receive calls from the GM (Eric), stating that he will reverse a car deal that was signed off on and approved by the bank. Unfortunately, he felt the need to lie and say he has the power of doing this but legally he did not have. I am writing this review to inform everyone, that a dealership does not have the power to force you to sign any document you feel the need to not sign. Have someone that is a legal expert review prior to signing off on any document and take as much time as you want. It is the dealership responsibility to ensure that all documents are received prior to executing a loan. More

I was at the end of my current lease of my 2019 Lexus ES 350 and was considering buying out the lease but didn't know what it would entail. As the end of the lease approached, I received a call from Eddie R 350 and was considering buying out the lease but didn't know what it would entail. As the end of the lease approached, I received a call from Eddie R. , told him what I wanted to do. Thanks to Eddie R the buyout was made simple along with Alex in Finance and before you know it, I was owning my 2019 Lexus ES 350. Since 2014, I have been leasing from Lexus of Bridgewater and each and every time, Eddie R had been my "go to" Sales & Leasing Consultant. This is my second review for Lexus of Bridgewater since I got delivery of my car in April 2022. In my opinion, the dealership itself is worth a 4-star review. However, the great before and after sale accor got delivery of my car in April 2022. In my opinion, the dealership itself is worth a 4-star review. However, the great before and after sale accord with my salesman, Mr. Isaac Resek, made me write and confirm another 5-star review for my experience with this organization. Isaac worked very hard with pressure from me as well as from his Sales Management to successfully seal the sale. Also, it was a pleasure to talk with him - always with smiles and no sales tactics. There were a few matters after sale that needed to be taken care of. He listened and happily resolved them at my highest level of satisfaction even at his own expense. My salesmen at high end car dealerships in the past 47 years rarely did that. Isaac, thank you for your great service. And, thank Lexus of Brigewater for having Isaac in your Sales Department. More

I have the worst experience from them . I went to finance the car and they could not do it even though I have 819 credit score with excellent record I will spend $35,000 down Lexus offering I went to finance the car and they could not do it even though I have 819 credit score with excellent record I will spend $35,000 down Lexus offering 2.49 APR for 60 months they can’t do that and top of that they have the making me lease the car. When I call the journal manager to complain he said why I came to Jersey from Brooklyn to their dealership. He didn’t do nothing to rectify the problem. Also Lexus public relation couldn’t do nothing about it either so they all in it together they don’t care about the customer. Be very careful what you sign for ‘cause they don’t care. No one even check after I purchase the car how I was doing or anything never called me back or anything. I bought many brand-new cars in the past this is the worst experience I ever have with this Bridgewater Lexus. More
