He did not exert pressure or old school sales tactics, so I thought he really stood out from all the sales staff I have had the luck to work with in the recent months. I would gladly recommend Eddie to people who don't want to spend their energy on playing the game right, but rather get great customer service and amazing overall experience. Out of the major luxury and non-luxury brands in the area, only Bridgewater Mercedes staff are in this league. In my experience, BMW has had more snobbish sales staff. Nearby Infiniti treats you nice and has good cars but their numbers require you to spend all your energy on price negotiation. Non-luxury brands now have some competing products, but their service level is of no match. My family is happy to join the Lexus family! More

Lee Halpert, Eddie Ruggirello and Scott Giarraffa provided the best service I have ever experienced while leasing a car. My wife, son and I are all very pleased to have worked with them and to have been treated with such respect and consideration. These guys were very accommodating and informative. The customer service was superb. We have leased cars from other Lexus dealerships in the past; however, the experience here tops all other places. This was the best treatment that service that we have received compared to other Lexus dealership and other dealership overall. Best car purchase experience ever I was referred to Lee by a colleague through work. I came over to the dealership expecting to really just look and see what options were available. I called Lee and told him I would drop in to look around 4:45 knowing he was leaving by 5. Even though I showed up late in the day he along with the other sales members were expecting me and I was greeted and acknowledge by every staff member I came in contact with. At no time did I feel rushed as Lee and Peter took the time to show me several vehicles and features. Peter took me on a test drive and explained all upgrades and benifits on the ES350. When Peter and I returned from the test drive the three of us sat down went through all of my lease options and they really made me feel comfortable with the deal that I got. I ended up getting more for my money as far as the car (fully loaded) with a payment I am comfortable with. I will certainly be sending some new business their way. No haggling, no hidden fees, no hidden agenda! Thanks guys!!! More

Outstanding Service My dad was a General Manager of a large auto dealership. He was responsible for making the dealership number one in the tri state area for many years. He was a firm believer in treating every customer like they were the only customer. Lexus of Bridgewater does exactly that. I am always greeted by someone the moment I pull my car up to the service area. Once I walk in, all the members greet me with a smile. Unfortunately, I know the faces but not the names. Charlie is the one person I know by name. He makes sure my car is taken care of and his friendly demeanor makes you want to return. He makes me feel at home and keeps me updated as to how long my car will be in service. He is truly an asset to Lexus of Bridgewater. Thanks to Ron for overseeing it all! More

Special thanks to Charles Bush for handling my frantic after-hours calls last week from Route 287 asking what to do when I suspected I was having some issues on the road on my way home from work. It was nice to have someone like him there to assist in a calm and reassuring voice during a stressful moment. I have been purchasing and servicing my cars at this dealership for over 20 years and it is comforting that the same team is always there year after year, and they get to know me, my car, my driving habits, and always work around my schedule and needs. Ron Gwinnett runs an outstanding service department and Mary Williamson has been my service "go to" person for the entire 20 years. I have even gotten to know their dedicated service techs including Wes who has kept me safe on the road for hundreds of hours commuting to the shore for work. Thanks to everyone in the Lexus of Bridgewater service department for getting me through my difficulties last week, and for the many years of excellent service and peace-of-mind that make me a customer for life!
