There is such thing as a GREAT car-buying experience Our family has purchased many luxury cars throughout the years and I have to say this was the most surprisingly best and easiest experience I have had Our family has purchased many luxury cars throughout the years and I have to say this was the most surprisingly best and easiest experience I have had at a car dealership. I'm sharing some of the comments from my other family members who helped me with the purchase but the most reliable one was from my brother who is an expert on cars and car dealerships. From the start, he kept on remarking how surprised he was at how friendly, sincere, and easygoing the salesperson (Eddie Ruggirello) was. We negotiated a bit but for the most part, we really did not have to work hard to get a very reasonable price. The dealership is about 1.5 hours from my house but based on his experience, my brother told me it was worth every extra mile to go to someone who was honest and reliable. I was actually considering going elsewhere b/c I was thinking of choosing another color they didn't have but glad I gave the place a shot. I ended up loving the car and agree the experience itself was worth driving down there for. Eddie was also very friendly, attentive, and humble in person and carefully went over every detail of how to use the car. He could've dished us off to other service reps but repeatedly encouraged us to call him directly if we ever needed anything. Scott Giarraffa: same compliments and also a VERY funny guy. Felt like we were getting service from a good old family business. We'll definitely be going back there next time someone needs a Lexus! More

Unprofessional, Dishonest dealer, WASTE OF TIME !! I called for a 2005 Honda Odyssey they advertised here on cars.com. I was told that the car was still available. Yes the car was there, I checked the car and took a test drive. By the time I was ready to make a deal with a salesman, they told me that they already made a schedule to take the car to auto auction so they can not sell it to me. it was like a joke !!!! Then they said that they have a 2008 Honda Odyssey, which is more money. So they advertise cheap cars on the internet, but once you get there, they try to sell you more expensive one. Overall I had a very bad experience with these guys. This is 2014, but the way they try to do business is unbelievable.. More
