Nastiest Salesman EVER!!!! We bought our car on Sat. The salesman Mr Alexander told us the car was going in too get detailed and prepped and would be ready on Tues because he wo We bought our car on Sat. The salesman Mr Alexander told us the car was going in too get detailed and prepped and would be ready on Tues because he would be off on Mon. We called tues morning and Mr Alexander got extremely nasty with my husband and told him that the car might be ready in the evening, he called us to come pick up the car but with traffic and picking up the kids from their activities we decided to go the following morning. Mr Alexander was very angry on the phone. When we got there this morning he snapped at my husband and told him he was not ready for us. We got to drive the car and I was so happy except there were spilled coffee stains in the car and some dents that were promised that would be taken care of. My husband approached Mr Alexander and he yelled at my husband and told him I will do nothing for you. Never in my life Have a experienced something like that in my life! Just because we bought ore owned you should treat the customer with respect! He is a very Nasty, Angry man. I even told my husband that he seemed like he wanted to take a swing at my husband. I felt so much anxiety! My husband even asked him why he is so angry and replied his happiness has nothing to do with us!!!! More

"Not Your Ordinary Car Dealership" I was looking for a new car went to several dealerships before I walked into Lexus in Bridgewater NJ. I never owned a Lexus before but went in just to I was looking for a new car went to several dealerships before I walked into Lexus in Bridgewater NJ. I never owned a Lexus before but went in just to browse. My salesperson Eddie R. was friendly, professional and attentive to many questions. Not knowledgable about lexus he informed me I stumbled into the right place. Even though it was Sat evening 5pm closing time he took his time and gave me all the in's and out's of the vehicle, it's nice to talk to a salesperson who knows everything about the cars they sell. You would very surprised how often you run into a salesperson who doesn't know anything about their inventory especially when they say "I'm not sure, let me check on that for you" it's like listening to the jeopardy music waiting for the correct answer! Eddie and Sales Manager gave me a excellent price on the car I wanted. Eddie R. & Scott Giarraffa who is the funniest finance manager were kind enough to sit and chat with make me feel more comfortable about purchasing a car. They did not pressure me in fact they said go home think about it we will be here on Monday. Buying a car is a big decision and Eddie knew that I needed some time to think about it. Monday morng I called Eddie then emailed him my information, he forwarded it to Scott-Finance Manger to start paperwork. I arrived Monday afternoon the car was detailed to a shine with a big red bow on top, paperwork was ready to be signed with no waiting!! New 2014 Lexus IS 250.. I had stopped at another Lexus dealership prior to visiti My experience at Lexus of Bridgewater was by far the best I have ever had at any dealership. I had stopped at another Lexus dealership prior to visiting this one and Bridgewater truly blew them out of the water. Sales people often think they can take advantage of young adults but that was not the case at all here. Eddie R. was nothing but professional and considerate of my needs. He was honest, patient, and understanding which lead me to my dream car at a perfect price. Adam in finance was also an all-star. He had my genuine best interests in mind throughout the entire process and I was very pleased with the end package. Even the manager, Tim Macpherson, was relaxed and willing to work with us. He spent a lot of time sitting down with my parents and I to make sure we felt we were being treated fairly and were getting a spectacular deal, without being abrasive in the slightest. Aside from excellent sales service, the location itself is immaculate and the entire staff treats you as if you are family. The only thing better than getting a brand new car is receiving exemplary customer service along with it. Thank you so much Eddie R.- I will surely send anyone looking for a new car your way! More

He was a definite pleasure to work as well as the Sales Manager, Rodger Pannucci and the Financial Services Manager, Scott Giaraffa. They made the entire, "Car Buying Experience" a pleasure. This my first Lexus and thanks to them , not my last. It was truly a pleasure to have met and worked with them on the purchasing of my new Lexus..I would highly recommend this dealership and sales staff to all of my friends and family. Excellent service; painless purchase experience This was my second Lexus, and my second Lexus purchased here. As with the first experience 3 years ago, this was a relatively painless process, as car This was my second Lexus, and my second Lexus purchased here. As with the first experience 3 years ago, this was a relatively painless process, as car sales go. Jerrell Alexander was the sales rep for both deals, and he couldn't have made the process any easier - he was a pleasure to deal with, and is a very nice guy, to boot (we probably spent at least as much time just chatting as we did working on finding me a car). This time around I was upgrading from a low-mileage 2011 CT200h (14,800 miles in 3 years of ownership) to a new 2015 RX450h - I like my hybrids - because I needed more cargo space. The dealer gave me a pretty generous price for my trade and knocked about $3,000 or so off the price of the RX without me even asking, which made the new vehicle a bit more affordable (at least relatively - Lexus isn't exactly an "affordable car" brand, but I find the quality and comfort of their vehicles to be worth most of the price premium you pay to own a Lexus). Once we had arrived at a deal, Jerrell handed me over to the business/finance manager, Adam, who earned his salary getting me a decent financing deal with payments I could afford (even though it took a bit of time - I had to wait until the following day before he had something I could work with). That slight delay aside, the rest of the process was smooth and easy, and I drove off the lot in my new RX one day after I first drove in to discuss my options. I don't anticipate trading in my new vehicle for at least 6 years or so, but when I am ready to move on, Lexus of Bridgewater (and Jerrell Alexander, if he's still there then and hasn't retired) will be my first stop. More
