The headaches of car shopping I had been searching for a new car for over a month visiting several dealerships and also scanning the classifieds, advertisements in the newspaper an I had been searching for a new car for over a month visiting several dealerships and also scanning the classifieds, advertisements in the newspaper and online. Visiting several dealerships, either they didn't have what I liked or the sales people were standoffish or overbearing. I ran across an ad by Lexus of Bridgewater and finally seen a car that looked like it would fit what I was looking for. I contacted them through their website and received an almost immediate reply from Eddie R. After several prompt email answers to my questions, I decided to visit the dealership and inspect the car in person. I was greeted warmly first by the receptionist and then by Eddie himself. I was almost shocked since most dealerships I had visited didn't even seem to care if you were there. After several minutes of chatting Eddie had the car brought out. It was immaculate and beautiful. We took the car for a test drive and I immediately fell in love with the car. We filled out all the paperwork and got everything finished to include the payment. Eddie went as far as insuring he placed the temporary registration and my insurance paperwork in the glove box for me. I have purchased many cars over the last 30 years from dealerships around the country. I have never been treated so nicely and professionally by not only Eddie, but the entire staff at Lexus of Bridgewater. Next year I will be purchasing another vehicle and undoubtedly I will be going back there for it. The service, attention to detail and the fact they treated you like a person insuring all your questions were answered without trying to pressure you into anything made the entire experience awesome.
