End of Month padding FURIOUS!!!! I called & scheduled an appointment to see a 2013 Certified Lexus GX 460 the night prior. The lovely lady, Krista called and confirmed FURIOUS!!!! I called & scheduled an appointment to see a 2013 Certified Lexus GX 460 the night prior. The lovely lady, Krista called and confirmed the today our 3pm appointment at Noon. At 2:30pm, she said her sales manager - Roger- asked her to call and ask me (while i was drive the 1.5 hours to them) to make a deposit as someone else was there and about to. I was on freeway and said I would be there in 1/2 hour. I arrived and was told by sales lady Dawn and then Roger, that they asked someone else to give them a deposit on the vehicle pending their credit approval (on Monday -today is Friday) for a lease on a 2 year old car....WHAT.. who has to wait for credit and who leases a 2 year old car??? I was there WITH CREDIT APPROVAL to BUY and take home car!) Wait...it gets better. They offer to let me test drive it in case the guy's credit falls through. Really??? Basically, this guy wanted to make sure he had his #'s for end of month (July 31st), so he took a deposit to secure that. This place has NO CLASS or at least RODGER PANNUCCI has NO CLASS!!! More

That gave me time to think about what I was willing to pay for the car and options i wanted. We then arranged to meet early Saturday morning. We literally spent 10 minutes getting to an agreeable price for both of us - can't get more hassle free than that! That was followed by Eddie R working through the paperwork and even calling my insurance company for me to update my policy (while i sipped my cup of coffee). 2 hours later i was in my new ES 350 driving home to enjoy the rest of the weekend. More

After Mary and technician examined the issue, I was told the truth that it was caused by the incorrect gas filling, not the car problem at all. The service plus entire car check-up was free of charge. They also fixed the slow leak for one of the tire as a bonus free service. Wow! I never have had such wonderful service for my cars. My next car upgrade will also be the Lexus. Thanks Lexus Bridgewater! More

The guy who is changing the script of what used to be the dreaded car buying experience is Wayne DeGroff. Wayne was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who walks through the doors at Lexus of Bridgewater. He really knows his stuff, so he quickly answered all my questions with ease. He treated me like he truly cared about my business and was not at any point the typical pushy, threatening - "today only price" type of Sales Consultant. If you want to avoid the hassle, alleviate the stress, enjoy a no-pressure deal and stay clear of the stereotypical shady car salesman feeling - go talk to Wayne. A friendly, knowledgeable, fair, trustworthy and a great guy to do business with. I look forward to doing business with him again one day. More
Out of State Buyer feeling ripped off In May of this year, I purchased a two year old Lexus from Bridgewater. I live in Texas and the Salespersion assisting me was Max Campbell. I asked M In May of this year, I purchased a two year old Lexus from Bridgewater. I live in Texas and the Salespersion assisting me was Max Campbell. I asked Max several times about the condition of the car and to send me additional pictures, which he never did. I was concerned about some aspects of the car that appeared in the pictures. Max assured me that everything was in great condition and I would be very pleased! With the ratings for this dealership so high, I opted to trust Max, to my detriment! When the car arrived and I got an upclose look at the condition, I was extremely dissapointed in my experience with this Lexus dealership and consultant. I called immediately and wrote him several times, he never returned my phones call nor emails. His supervisor Rodger, did contact me but since this was a used car I had no recourse. There is over $2,500 in damage to the vehicle that I was unaware and now have to replace. Buyer beware! Do not trust Max Campbell. More
