He was patient, calm and very knowledgeable of his craft. He gave me his best offer and gave me time to leave and think about it, since it was my first time getting a luxury car. I asked him what time he would be there until, he told me and I told him I would call back. I called back we took care of everything and I picked my New Lexus up. There was no going back and forth with the financial services manager Scott Giarraffa as well, he worked the financer and was ready to close the deal.
