I had no plans on driving out with a 2015 Lexus GS350. There was no bull crap straight to the point no pressure just an awesome experience. Told me everything about that car , it was just a great experience . I am very happy I choose Lexus of Bridgewater. My Sales guy Glenn Treich was very easy to work with , no pressure and he handled everything for me I would highly recommend him. My Finance guy Scott, well like I said I did come in to buy a 2015 GS350, but he did some magic in that computer of his and worked it out !!! When an accident made that necessary we visited Lexus of Bridgewater to double check our decision and 'look around'. After meeting with Wayne DeGroff, he provided such excellent and thorough service, there was no reason to look further or shop around. Wayne met all our expectations and then some. When we picked up the car he was patient and methodical taking us through all the features and made sure we knew how to use them. He has followed up several time to ensure we are happy. Which we are! The process was smooth rolling once I met Edmond Carlock. He remembered my cousin and was happy to help me. I was certain about what I wanted and he did not try to sell me the farm. He was patient, calm and very knowledgeable of his craft. He gave me his best offer and gave me time to leave and think about it, since it was my first time getting a luxury car. I asked him what time he would be there until, he told me and I told him I would call back. I called back we took care of everything and I picked my New Lexus up. There was no going back and forth with the financial services manager Scott Giarraffa as well, he worked the financer and was ready to close the deal. Edmond took care of everything and all went great! This is the first time of my many car purchases over the years that it went this smooth.
