This is NOT normal!!! I have been leasing my cars for 25 years plus(every 3 years time to go to the dealership..UGH)!!! Well.. I will NEVER say UGH again!! The entire place is warm,friendly and welcoming from the minute you get there until the minute you leave with your vehicle!! NEVER ONCE was anyone pushy or did I feel like I wanted to smack someone..in fact..just the opposite!! We were all hugging before I drove off!! Eddie R is the NICEST FRIENDLIEST KINDEST SALEPERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH ANYWHERE!! He truly wants you to be HAPPY!!! He goes OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure this happens!! Of course he has the help of Scott G who literally had me laughing SO HARD I was crying!!! The. You get Christa C is the SWEETEST person in sales I have ever met who went out of her way to help out my return lease process because Liccardi Lincoln was being difficult in the return process!! Who Knew It Could Be This Easy! My husband and I visited Lexus in Bridgewater after we had test driven cars at Kia and Toyota in Flemington and had more or less decided on leasing an My husband and I visited Lexus in Bridgewater after we had test driven cars at Kia and Toyota in Flemington and had more or less decided on leasing an Avalon. But, instead, we stopped into Lexus in Bridgewater and everything changed! We were greeted by Barry Dworkin and he helped us decide on the right car for us and Barry showed us the beautiful Lexus ES. It was everything I wanted. Brian Barry joined the conversation and helped with the pricing and the decision was made. We decided on leasing the Lexus. Barry made everything go smoothly and painlessly. He especially spent a lot of time with us, including taking us to the warehouse, to pick out just the right shade of gray exterior that I wanted. Joelle Dunn in the finance office explained all the finance details and made signing all those papers to lease the car quick and easy. She was very pleasant to deal with. Barry was wonderful and very patient as he answered all our concerns and spent a lot of time with us several days later after we leased the car to get the right seat adjustments and helped explain all the options in the NAV system. He was right there to make sure we were happy with every detail. Who knew leasing a beautiful new Lexus could be that easy. Thanks to Barry, Brian, and Joelle. More

He's very knowledgeable about our RX 350and was so quick to respond to my inquiries about the vehicle we were interested in. He was extremely helpful from beginning to end and made the entire process pleasant and hassle free. It was very clear that he truly cares about customer . He made us feel very comfortable and was so patient and easy to work. He even took the time to thoroughly go over our car features. Eddie R. is great asset to Lexus of Bridge water.Also, Joelle,Dunn In finance was awesome! All our paperwork was prepared and processed on the same day efficiently. Joelle went over all warrantees very patiently . Christa Cottrell who is Eddie R. Manager is extremely helpful. All the Lexus of bridge water staff I dealt with are great asset to Lexus of Bridge water. We are so happy we chose Lexus of Bridgewater to do business with!. More
What a buying experience!! I was deciding to either buy a Mercedes or a Lexus. I went to Mercedes, they showed me a few options, but I don't feel they want my business. Then I came to Lexus, Eddie Ruggirello greeted me this heart-warm welcome, showed me the new 2016 models and explained to me in detail the difference between the 2015 and the 2016 models. I was not too thrilled with the color of the demo cars in the showroom, Eddie offered to take me to the warehouse so I can check out all the colors my heart desire. We went picked out a color and off we went on a test drive. I immediately fell in love with the ES350. We went back to the office and Eddie explained to me all the perks that came with buying a Lexus. He made my purchase a super pleasant and painless one. I scheduled to pick up my car at 5pm on Friday afternoon, but due to my meeting delays earlier that day, I didn't get to the showroom until 5:45pm, the office closes at 6:00pm. Eddie assured me not to worry and took me through the paperwork step by step and walked me through the car features, by the time we are done, it was 7:00pm. Eddie did not try to rush us out the door, so he can get off work at 6:00pm, rather, Eddie took his time to make sure I understand every steps and make sure I am comfortable with the process before he handed me the keys to my new vehicle. Now this is what I called "dedication". More

My fiancé bought a car from him two weeks ago and raved about Wayne. After hearing how great Perry said Wayne was, I doubted that a salesman could be that great. Then, on Saturday, my fiancé told me that he wanted to buy me a new Lexus, but he only wanted Wayne to sell me a new car. I was not too happy about that since I already started a relationship with a nice gentleman at Ray Catena, by my house in Howell, last Thursday. Perry was buying the car, so I knew that I needed to be open to working with this Wayne guy. Wow! I was totally blown away by him the whole time he worked with us! My fiancé actually down played how amazing he is!!! I am still blown away by how patient, knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and wonderful Wayne truly is!!! You have a TOP NOTCH employee that is like no other! When my fiancé is ready to purchase two new cars in the future, Wayne will be hearing from us!!! BTW, I love my brand new Lexus!!! More

His level of courtesy, kindness, and overall professionalism far exceeded my expectations as a returning customer. There was never a moment when I didn't feel absolutely comfortable about how everything was handled. The process was smooth and transparent while I eagerly awaited to pull off in the car of my dreams. I sat patiently sipping on a refreshing beverage offered by Mr. Eddie R as I hung on to his every word. I was captivated by his knowledge and expertise. Eddie R was diligent in seeing that I did not go away dissatisfied. When I initially arrived at the dealership, I was immediately overwhelmed w/joy because I knew I was in good hands. By the way, I almost forgot to mention that Eddie R came in on his day off to offer me his services! He accommodated me from the word "go" and didn't miss a beat. Eddie R dotted all of the I's and crossed all of the T's while treating me as if i was all that mattered at that moment. He even came outside and sat with me to explain all of the subtle nuances and features of the vehicle. The car.., well, what can I say? It was gorgeously shining and they had that bad boy looking like crispy new money!!! I work hard for every penny I earn and this automobile I purchased from this dealership is proof that it's paying off. Thanks to Eddie R in sales and Scotty G over in finance, my whip game is "platinum plus"! Take my word for it, I've conveyed this correspondance (ever so eloquently) commending Mr. Eddie R on his professionalism as a salesman but he's much more than that. Eddie R is a dream salesman and Scotty G is a finance wizard which makes these guys amazing!
