An over the top - First Class Operation I purchased and preowned GS 350 AWD. I figured going in, they probably just want to unload this car, I sign on the dotted line and out I go. Using this dealer was an over the top experience. Everyone was friendly, polite and very courteous from the second you walked in to the second you left the dealership. I got several follow-up call as to how i'm enjoying my new car and if there is anything they can do for me. There were a couple of dings and scratches on the bumper and hood - I knew there would be going in, its a preowned car after all - Lexus did not like the way the car looked. Rodger the sales manager came over to and said to me - 'we're going to let you go home tonight with the car and on Wednesday we will come to your house, drop off a loaner and take your car back to be detail and re-paint the bumper," this is after they replaced the tires and brakes! I said to myself - yeah, right, once I leave here that is it, all the dealerships are the same. WRONG. I got a call on Tuesday from the Lexus Valet coordinator! I could not believe it, nor ever heard of anything like that and we arranged a time for them to come to my house, pick up my pre-owned car and drop off the loaner, this is unreal to me. After all I've only dealt with Toyota and a Chrysler dealership before. The experience I've had with Eddie R. from Sales, Joelle Dunn from finance and Rodger Pannucci cannot be outdone by anyone out there, they are truly world class and a xxxx FIRST CLASS OPERATION. I don't think I can ever do business with another dealership again. The price of my trade in was more than fair and the price of the pre-owned GS 330 was AWESOME. More
