He was very timely in his responses which I truly appreciated. Ed was very pleasant from beginning to end. He took his time explaining everything and was very professional. On the day I closed the deal, Ed was available on the appointment time, no waiting at all. From the time I was greeted upon entry into the dealership to the time I drove away, took only a little over an hour. It was one of my pain-free experiences from a car dealership ever. This dealership also recognizes the service our military members do for this great country and it reflects on the final selling price. Thank you for your support!! Although I do love my Lexus, the main reason I am a repeat customer is due to the sales and service experience. With this purchase, I dealt with Daniel Ladeairous, who was amazing! He made the process hassle-free, quick, and enjoyable. Although financing is usually the grueling part, that was a breeze as well thanks to Joelle Dunn. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! This is our sixth Lexus - our fourth from Lexus of Bridgewater which included purchase, lease and most recently, the purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned This is our sixth Lexus - our fourth from Lexus of Bridgewater which included purchase, lease and most recently, the purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned ES. When I buy a luxury car I expect good service and usually does not garner a comment. However, when I get exceptional service, service that goes beyond my expectations, I feel compelled to acknowledge it. That was my recent experience in dealing with both Dawn and Roger. No pressure, Dawn determined my needs, showed me exactly what I was looking for, answered all my technical questions, closed the deal, and had the car waiting for me. Bingo! Done deal. Well, it didn’t happen that quickly. Before I invest in what probably is my single biggest purchase of the year I did my due diligence by visiting other dealers – both Lexus and its competitors. None could compare in ambience, customer service or price. But the experience does not stop when you drive off the lot. The service department is unbelievably good, starting from the moment you drive into the facility and are greeted by Charlie. My wife would usually prefer going for root canal rather than bring a car in for service. Not so with our Lexus: “It’s okay, I’ll take it in for service.” Lexus of Bridgewater – they obviously understand customer service and how to keep customers loyal. Neil B More

Charlie was there to help guide me through the process, speak with the adjuster and help make certain that I received appropriate parts and that the repairs were all performed up to the standards I have come to expect from Lexus of Bridgewater. My experience in working with Charlie was exceptional. He worked with and for me, and in my best interests. He made every step of the process easy. I just cannot speak highly enough of Charlie, nor more highly of any of the service or sales staff with whom i have interacted from Lexus of Bridgewater, I would recommend to anyone needing work on their car to speak with Charlie Bush. You will find him professional, pleasant and incredibly helpful. More
A comfortable experience. I had two horrible experiences with dealerships prior to my visit to Lexus of Bridgewater. I thought the worst, but right from the jump Ed Ruggirello I had two horrible experiences with dealerships prior to my visit to Lexus of Bridgewater. I thought the worst, but right from the jump Ed Ruggirello settled my nerves. He has a very kind and warming personality. I thought it would take forever since it was a busy Black Friday but my time there was short. During the time Ed was full of helpful information advising me on the benefits of owning a Lexus, and giving me a tour of the facilty. In the end I had to fill out and sign documents with Scott Giarraffa. Scott was excellent in explaining what I was signing and courteous in giving me the time I needed to review those documents. I highly recommend this dealership. More

He is totally professional, knowledgeable, and an all around nice guy who goes above and beyond. My biggest headache with car dealerships is the amount of time it takes to actually buy the car. Wayne had it done in 1 hour flat. I have already referred colleagues to Wayne and I will DEFINITELY be back for future purchases. More
They Care I recently bought a pre-owned GS350. It came with a 3 month trial of XM satellite radio. I got the email notification from Sirius stating that the tri I recently bought a pre-owned GS350. It came with a 3 month trial of XM satellite radio. I got the email notification from Sirius stating that the trial was in effect. I turned the radio on and I got radio not authorized. Contacted Sirius and they stated that the radio ID that the dealer sent did not math the radio in my car and I should contact the dealer. On Wednesday 11/18 @ 06:04 PM I emailed Eddie Ruggirello, the salesman that sold me the car. I was not expecting a follow-up until the next day perhaps. At 06:40pm Eddie called with Sirius on the phone, he told me to pull the car into the driveway and see if the radio works. I did and it the Satellite radio was on! The service is unreal and I just could not believe how much Eddie cares about his customers. Typically once you sign on the dotted line, the salesman forget about you, not Eddie. If you're looking for a new, used or pre-owned Lexus, Eddie R. is the man to see. You will be taken care of with the highest level of personable service there is! More
