Outstanding customer service I took my 2009 car in for an oil change and found out the major service I was hoping to avoid for a while longer could no longer be delayed. Joel Mercado had told me 6 months earlier that there was an impending issue, and I chose to deal with it later. Now it was a problem too big to leave. He took me in to the service area while the car was up on the lift and easy to see. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and then provided me with a nice new loaner car for the next 2 days. Joel was a pleasure to deal with despite the bad news. His customer service is one of the reasons I will buy my next car from this delearship, and will always ask for him to be my rep at all future service appointments. More

I dread the car buying process, but dealing with Eddie was a pleasure. He NEVER pushed a car on me that was on the lot. I wanted a Luxury/Mark Levinson RX350 and Eddie did everything in his power to try to make this happen. These cars are very rare and very few even come to the tri-state area. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and does not dismiss any of your requests, or try to lower your expectations, like other car salesmen. He was even willing to flatbed the car for me, instead of pushing me to accept the miles they would put on my driving the car from another dealer.
