It was non stop talking about 'why we should buy today' and 'what will it take for us to drive off in a car today', even trying to make us buy a car we did not want nor had any interest in. When we arrived at Bridgewater Lexus, Ed came out to greet us as we walked towards a car we were interested in. He was really professional and courteous. He did not try to push a car on us to meet sales goals. He listened and understood our needs. Although we decided against purchasing the used car we were interested in, I would drive another 2 hours to purchase a car from Eddie Ruggirello. More

Wonderful service experience! My husband and I have had a wonderful service experience at Lexus of Bridgewater! We brought our Lexus SC430 in for a timing belt and a water pump at My husband and I have had a wonderful service experience at Lexus of Bridgewater! We brought our Lexus SC430 in for a timing belt and a water pump at about 10AM. We were cordially greeted by Charlie Bush and Joel Mercado, who made us feel very special. They explained that the service on the car would take a few hours, so they provided us with a loaner car immediately! When we came to pick up the car, our son-in-law Eddie Ruggirello (sales dept.) had a big surprise waiting for us! He had our car detailed for us, and put a big red bow on the roof of the car! When we arrived at the parking lot, we saw the huge bow, and the shiny car sitting there, looking beautiful!!! At first, we thought someone else was getting a new Lexus, and then we realized it was our car!!!!!
