5-STAR for EDDIE R!!! Eddie R, is a "Class-Act"! This is our second SUV purchased from Lexus of Bridgewater in one year. Our first experience with Eddie was when we found Eddie R, is a "Class-Act"! This is our second SUV purchased from Lexus of Bridgewater in one year. Our first experience with Eddie was when we found a pre-owned Jeep online and Eddie made the deal work. Having such a great experience we reached out to him again this morning. He not only got back to us on his day off, but put the deal together over the phone and met us at the dealer and we drove the car home tonight! We pulled up to the dealer with a big red bow on our car! Additionally he got in the car and went over every feature inside to make sure we had not questions when we left. It is a testament to Eddie's "TRULY OUTSTANDING" service. His great personality, non-aggressive sales style and knowledge of his product is the reason we came back to Bridgewater from North Jersey while there are plenty of dealers in our area. First impressions are lasting ones Ashley replied to my internet query and called me about a vehicle that was for sale. We spoke a few times (left 2 or 3 voicemails). She KNEW either I or a family member was coming in to see the car (a 2003 Toyota Highlander). I CLEARLY stated my interest in the vehicle as a first car for my daughter. Well, by the time my brother made it there (hours after I spoke with her), he was told the vehicle was sold. Now...I understand you sell cars, and they can be sold at any time. BUT...not even a courtesy call to say someone else was interested to give me a shot??? Had she suggested I put a small deposit to hold it, I would have done so over the phone. She didn't suggest that as she sounded confident I would not have to worry. In fact, she said she'd have the car cleaned up for the test drive. Well...that didn't happen, didn't it? Level of professionalism is rather poor. Not sure I'd want to attempt to do business with her or even Lexus of Bridgewater again. Referrals? No. You have much to do to change my first impression of your auto group. More
