In my opinion, the most significant facet of purchasing anything of significant value is first the development of a relationship with the person from whom one is making the purchase. Relationships are based first and foremost on trust. Eddie R. is our salesman at Lexus of Bridgewater, and he is, in our opinion not only totally trustworthy, but as well he is a genuinely caring gentleman, who always makes us feel as if we are close friends, and not simply business acquaintances. Eddie R. has always been more than simply appropriately courteous, in his approach. He is a great listener, who truly wants to accommodate what you feel is best for yourself. He also always attempts to provide the automobile one prefers, at a price one can afford. Such was the case yesterday, at Lexus of Bridgewater. [This is the third car we have purchased/leased there.] We were provided a thorough study of preferred choices we had, and then selected a car we wanted. Then Eddie R. and his sales manager Scott, made it possible to provide us with a purchase price that we truly could afford. In addition, the young lady, who guides one through the financial matters, Joelle H., once again, was very comprehensive and professional, in explaining, in logical detail, all of the many pieces of financial information necessary to complete the transaction. This is simply a very caring, wonderful place to purchase an automobile! More

His knowledge of the Lexus product lines and willingness to work with us, to be honest and to please us as his customers was such a positive experience. Since there are many new technological features in cars these days, he went above and beyond in helping us understand and feel comfortable with our new car. Eddie reassured us that we were always welcome to call or stop by to address any other questions and/or concerns that we might have. From the start, Eddie was customer focused, ready, and flexible to make an appt. The dealership is immaculate upon entering and all are very welcoming and professional. Eddie did a great job listening to what I wanted and needed. His knowledge of the cars and all the features/technology made it easy to match me up to what I needed. He was patient and never rushed as I was deciding amongst the cars and even stuck around late while I worked it through. I made a purchase that day, and I am NOT an impulsive buyer, because he clearly understood my requirements and had a great selection for me to chose from. The negotiations were painless as they were fair from the starting point so we just needed to "sharpen" it up a bit and all was equitable to both parties, even with a trade in. I picked up my car the next day and Eddie seemed as excited for me as I was! He made it a rewarding and fun experience without the stress that can come from a purchase of this nature. I love the car and know he will be there to provide any information I need as I learn all the technology and adjust to the new car. He goes beyond just the sale to be a consultant to you if needed-that is the difference! I highly recommend Eddie R. if you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.
