Eddie did a great job listening to what I wanted and needed. His knowledge of the cars and all the features/technology made it easy to match me up to what I needed. He was patient and never rushed as I was deciding amongst the cars and even stuck around late while I worked it through. I made a purchase that day, and I am NOT an impulsive buyer, because he clearly understood my requirements and had a great selection for me to chose from. The negotiations were painless as they were fair from the starting point so we just needed to "sharpen" it up a bit and all was equitable to both parties, even with a trade in. I picked up my car the next day and Eddie seemed as excited for me as I was! He made it a rewarding and fun experience without the stress that can come from a purchase of this nature. I love the car and know he will be there to provide any information I need as I learn all the technology and adjust to the new car. He goes beyond just the sale to be a consultant to you if needed-that is the difference! I highly recommend Eddie R. if you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.
