Great Buying Experience I was in the market to buy a new 2017 ES 350. I checked the price of the car, with the options I wanted, at three other Lexus dealers in Central NJ. ( I was in the market to buy a new 2017 ES 350. I checked the price of the car, with the options I wanted, at three other Lexus dealers in Central NJ. (Just to see if I was getting a good deal here). If you want to save yourself time and money, visit Lexus of Bridgewater. From the moment I walked into the dealership and met with Edmond Carlock (Sales Consultant), I knew I was going to buy the car I wanted. This has been the best car buying experience I had. Ed did not play any games, and showed me a car that I saw on their internet site. Ed is a very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional sales consultant. He did not pressure me into anything I did not want. He treated me with the utmost respect. He made me feel like family. Frank Tesoriero (Sales Manager) was very helpful in the price negotiations, he came very close to meeting my offer, and the deal was completed with little stress. The car had to be located from another Lexus dealer. They told me it would take two days for the car to be transported to Bridgewater. During that time, I had spoken to Michael Sarullo (Sales Manager) who gave me updates on when the car will arrive. Everything worked out great. I am thankful to him for keeping me informed. The Finance Manager, Joelle Heller, was friendly, polite, efficient, organized and professional. She explained every form, in detail, that I had to sign, and answered all of my questions in a quick manner. She did not pressure me into any options I did not want. The transaction went quick and smooth, I was out of there in 45 min. When the car was delivered to me, Ed took the time, and answered all my questions about the car. Before you buy or lease your next new Lexus, or any other good used car, call Ed, and I'm sure he will give you the best deal and experience than any other dealer in NJ. In the future, when buying my next car, I will see Edmond first, to save me time and aggravation. Highly recommended Lexus car dealer. More

Eddie R. is friendly, knowledgeable, yet professional and effective. He took me to a nice and smooth test drive, while introducing the features and explaining the details. Back in the room and on the deal, he is clear, flexible, yet not pushy. After I signed the deal, he helped me set up the car, even put the holiday red tie on the car. He also made sure I feel comfortable calling him anytime in the future. Great experience all around! More

Professional, Courteous, Experience I have been a long-time, loyal Lexus customer for the past 9 years, but it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle from Lexus of Bridgewater. Eddie I have been a long-time, loyal Lexus customer for the past 9 years, but it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle from Lexus of Bridgewater. Eddie R. was very professional, courteous, and experienced and patiently worked with me for a long time as I tried to decide on the best options and car for me. Once I did purchase the new car, I suffered a health challenge seemingly from the protective chemical used in the vehicle, and the Service Dept. of Lexus of Bridgewater (in particular Ashley W.) initiated a remediation plan to remove the chemical treatment, however, it ultimately didn’t fully remove the problem and the Lexus of Bridgewater Team worked hard to find a replacement new vehicle with the same specs as the one I purchased. Eddie R. committed to keeping me abreast with frequent phone calls, and email updates on the status of the above search, which I fully appreciated and respected. His courtesy, understanding and commitment to helping me to be happily back and driving in a new car, strengthened my resolve to remain loyal to the Lexus brand and in particular, to this dealership, which I would recommend to anyone. In my opinion, the most significant facet of purchasing anything of significant value is first the development of a relationship with the person from whom one is making the purchase. Relationships are based first and foremost on trust. Eddie R. is our salesman at Lexus of Bridgewater, and he is, in our opinion not only totally trustworthy, but as well he is a genuinely caring gentleman, who always makes us feel as if we are close friends, and not simply business acquaintances. Eddie R. has always been more than simply appropriately courteous, in his approach. He is a great listener, who truly wants to accommodate what you feel is best for yourself.
