Eddie R. Is the best ! Usually I would dread writing reviews but in this case I have nothing but high praises for Eddie. My wife and I decided we were in the market for a su Usually I would dread writing reviews but in this case I have nothing but high praises for Eddie. My wife and I decided we were in the market for a suv since a coupe just doesn’t cut it anymore since our needs have changed compared to being single (haha). I looked around for dealerships to visit and keep in mind I live in Staten Island but work in Brooklyn. Lexus of Bridgewater seemed out of the way but the yelp reviews pointed me towards this dealership compare to the others since they all had less than stellar reviews there. At the end of the day I think I still dreaded having to go to ANY dealership at all since everyone always says they are out to get you . From the moment we parked and walked in we were greeted and they let us know at the front desk they will get someone for else. Eddie approached us shook our hands and introduced himself. He was kind and professional right from the get go, I work in business myself so I can tell he knows how to treat people the right way. Being a young couple, most salesmen would probably just brush us off and not spend too much time with us ( we have seen this at a lot of places). But Eddie was different, he treated us from beginning to end with respect like a friend. We knew what we wanted and it was the 2018 nx. We had the color we wanted in our minds, we knew we wanted it as loaded as possible. Eddie did not try to push us towards another vehicle he understood what we liked and explained to us that he wouldn’t put us in anything other than what we wanted because he knew we would look at it and be unhappy with it afterwards. We felt comfortable the whole time we sat with him. I’m the type of buyer that either gets a good feeling and stay, or know when someone isn’t genuine and I would not want to do business once I get that feeling. Eddie made me want to reach out to HIM and get the deal done because he was so pleasant to work with . He got us the car we wanted within a day pretty much. We came into the dealership close to the closing time and he did NOT rush us at all. He took his time to sit with us. Show us the car and all the features. He did not hesitate to answer any questions i had no matter how silly some of them seemed ( even my wife wondered why I asked some questions with obvious answers). This gentleman is patient and kind and you would see for yourself when you meet him. Pricing wise was as fair as I ever expected, both my wife and I are pretty clueless but Eddie took care of us and honestly based on how he treated us I was okay with taking his offers and I don’t think I would go anywhere else. Paperwork he handled for us and being from out of state as a buyer he accommodated above and beyond for our requests on specific needs and worked out everything while we twiddled our thumbs and just let him work his magic. When we finished, he took his time to again explain all the functions of the car and keep in mind this is almost an hour past his closing time and while I sat outside the dealership fiddling around with the systems, he even came out and helped us when I had a few more annoying questions . Not once did he ever get frustrated ( even my wife wanted to go eventually since she was hungry) , and that speaks volumes. I kept this man on a Saturday evening past his closing time and with all this you can tell Eddie is the real deal. He exemplifies professionalism as well as a genuine invididual. Else I would not write all this. I hope anyone who reads this will give him a chance to earn your business because he sure earned mine and I know others would not regret it. Thank you Eddie ! More
