I had no idea what kind of car I was looking for or what it meant to purchase a certified vehicle. I felt so confused and lost. The sales representative that I have met in the past were fast talkers. I felt like they were all trying to fool me. However, Ed took the time to review all of the great things that came with certification and clarified ALL of my many questions. He is friendly, professional and easy to speak to. I came back about 3 times to look at the vehicle. He again addressed all of my concerns, let me inspect the vehicle as much as I wanted and reassured me each time. All I can say is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never purchased a Lexus in the past.
