They could have not been more fortunate being paired with their sales representative Dawn Dobrosielski. From start to finish Dawn was professional, courteous, honest and beyond accommodating. Even when an unforeseen dilemma arose where they were delayed in picking up the car, she could not have been more understanding. They had spent months looking for the right car and the fact that they were able to find it along with the great purchasing experience they had with Dawn and the staff was wonderful! Also to add, Joelle the finance manager who assisted them made the paperwork a breeze and explained everything in great detail. Great service There was nail in tire. First I went to nearest local tire shop, told it's not fixable, asked to replace 4 new tire. I thought since replacing new tir There was nail in tire. First I went to nearest local tire shop, told it's not fixable, asked to replace 4 new tire. I thought since replacing new tire need dealer to setup TPMS, it's better to go to dealer to get thing done in one shot. Then I came to Lexus BridgeWater, Joel did estimate that not necessary to replace all 4 tire. Nail got unplugged and tire got patched. Patched tire had been ran over 1000 miles without any issue. Thank you Lexus BridgeWater with the honest the greatest service. More

Great experience overall I shopped online for my wife, exchanged emails with Sandy, and being able to see the CarFax reports I found exactly what we were looking for at Lexus I shopped online for my wife, exchanged emails with Sandy, and being able to see the CarFax reports I found exactly what we were looking for at Lexus of Bridgewater - off lease, decently low mileage, good safety features etc. My wife went to pick get the car, got excellent financing, and left with a car that makes her very happy, a 2015 GS 350. Eddie worked with her at the dealer and he was great, and extremely helpful in the few days following purchase (including when we got a flat hitting a pothole and couldn't find the tire lock nut key).
