Horrible experience – go somewhere else. I spoke with the sales manager throughout the week, and he claimed that they would do whatever it took to earn my business. I got in there, and the sales manager passed me off to a sales rep who wasn’t friendly. Long story short, they said we could only discount the car by $1,000 off a $58,000 sticker price. I said, why didn’t you tell me that before I dove 45 minutes to your dealership? I asked them to take another $2,000 off, and I would purchase the car. The sales rep said no, sorry. Very arrogant the sales rep was. He said take it or leave it. Not even a counteroffer to split the difference. I would STRONGLY suggest going somewhere else. It was very unprofessional, and they wasted my time. What do they care? They have to work anyway, so they tell prospective clients whatever they need to say to get you into the showroom. BUYER BEWARE! More

He never pressured me at all into anything I wouldn't like or wouldn't be right for me. He gave me space but yet followed up with me from time to time to let me know the status of the vehicles I was interested in since there were few to be had in the Lexus world. He showed interest, listened to what I was looking for and gave advice in either gettin a new vehicle or the buy out of my current vehicle at the time.I appreciate and I am grateful for everything he did for me to get me into this new vehicle. He deserves 5+ stars for taking care of my sister-in-law and I during our visit to Lexus of Bridgewater. We felt extremely comfortable there and everyone there was super friendly. Met Eddie a year ago when the dealership was actually closed but he had time to answer our questions and spend some time with us. Over the last year I kept in contact with Eddie and asked various questions and he always answered them. Loved his friendliness and he never did any of that high pressure stuff. Personally I don’t like to haggle or anything like that so his friendly personality really helped. Fast forward a year and we were in the market for a new car. Eddie made the experience a wonderful one. He treated our family like his own, the process was extremely smooth and he’s always around after the sale too which counts for a lot these days. He’s a great person and our family really trusts him. I’d recommend you contact him and see for yourself. When we are ready for our next vehicle Eddie R will be my first call! More
