IS delivered did not have features promised Went in and Tony was friendly. We described the features we wanted in a car (all safety related) and were recommended to buy the IS AWD model and told Went in and Tony was friendly. We described the features we wanted in a car (all safety related) and were recommended to buy the IS AWD model and told it would have the features we requested. Told him we were also considering a Volvo that had similar features at a similar price. Upon getting the car and driving it found it did not have all the features he had said it did. Called and was told we just didn’t know how to turn them on. Turns out features, including sensors and things like Parking assist were not in the car. He left me a message saying that after he researched it they were not available in the IS. Unfortunately we were misled during the sales process and didn’t pick it up when delivery was taken. More

Vehicle Search Not sure of the floor sales folks, but the internet manager is painful. Inquired about a vehicle, sent trade info to get a value, never heard back. Called and she informed me the car was sold. I said thanks and she said OK bye. No attempt to turn me into a customer, no mention of other similar inventory, nada. Terrible salesperson. Won’t be using this dealership (FWIW, I already own a GX-460 and a GS-350, so we are a Lexus family. Missed opportunity to sell multiple cars to me for the coming years). More
