Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” — Will Durant I am happy to offer my remarks on Eddie R. who was personal, professional, considerate and Honest during all of our interactions. Full disclosure, and a statement, in and of itself. We are returning customers! We decided to upgrade our 2007 Lexus IS 250 AWD that we purchased from Lexus Bridgewater October 2006 with the 2018 Lexus GS 350 AWD F Sport. We believe we were thorough in our research of: car dealerships, vehicle selections and yes, salespeople. Kudos to the entire Lexus Bridgewater T.E.A.M. We first called the dealership to confirm that Eddie was in the office and to arrange for a test drive. Lori directed our phone call and warmly greeted us upon arrival. We followed Eddie back to his desk where there were three bottles of refreshing water awaiting our arrival. A very good example of Eddie’s ‘attention to detail’ and consideration for his customers. There are many other examples but we don't want to spoil any of the wonderful surprises that we enjoyed from Eddie. We can honestly say that the entire sales experience, which included the negotiating, was never pressure-driven. A true 'Win-win' for all parties involved...Joelle, Finance Manager was also very patient and happy to answer any of our questions. We also took advantage of the New Owner Seminar and Ron Gwinnett, Service Manager; Charles Bush, Lexus Technology Specialist; and Jim Grau, Shop Foreman answered any questions from the audience. If you’re looking to buy a Lexus, visit Lexus of Bridgewater I was looking to buy a Lexus and went to another dealership to look around. No one helped me and the one person that approached me gave me a pamphlet I was looking to buy a Lexus and went to another dealership to look around. No one helped me and the one person that approached me gave me a pamphlet and answered a few questions but wasnt super interested. I then went to the Bridgewater dealership and was immediately approached by a sales person named Eddie R. Eddie was absolutely amazing and patient when it came to showing me the cars and answering all my questions. When it came down to buying a car, he could tell I was a little unhappy since they didn’t have the color I originally wanted. After I told him I was interested in a white car, he drove all the way to PA to pick it up! Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful and they really go above and beyond for their customers.
