2nd Great Experience with Lexus of Bridgewater Dealt with the same sales team 3-years ago when purchasing a new GX460. Took advantage of Lexus' end of year event and replaced the 2017 GX with a ne Dealt with the same sales team 3-years ago when purchasing a new GX460. Worked with the same team for the purchase of both vehicles and could not have dealt with a better group of people. Looking forward to my next purchase around 2023/4. More

Greedy, overpriced, unfair pricing practices , charging nearly $150 for diagnostics even when told car needs alternator as diagnosed earlier by another mechanic, made me pay about $90 just for ch , charging nearly $150 for diagnostics even when told car needs alternator as diagnosed earlier by another mechanic, made me pay about $90 just for charging a new battery (my brand new existing battery cost was $89) when new alternator could have recharged it, would not show or explain properly when asked to show the work done, not good attitude when talking to a customer.
