I had just started my car search and wasn't ready to commit just yet. I ended up returning 3 days later after I was contacted that my preferred color combination was available in the NX that I was interested in. I was so excited! Especially because I had already visited another dealership and felt I didn't get the same customer service, knowledge, and expertise I got with Eddie R in Bridgewater. When I arrived, the car was ready for me to test drive. The kids were so excited during the drive. They loved it! They also loved the snacks Eddie had for them! After taking the car for a ride, I knew this was my car! Eddie was amazing at getting me a price that worked for me. I left a deposit and returned the next morning to finalize the deal. The car was waiting for me with a giant red bow on it! WOW! Such a beautiful and special touch! After all the papers were signed, it was time to get set up with my new Lexus. Once again, Eddie showcased his expertise and customer service skills by taking his time and helping me get set up with my new car. It was so much fun! Horrible experience – go somewhere else. I spoke with the sales manager throughout the week, and he claimed that they would do whatever it took to earn my business. I got in there, and the sales manager passed me off to a sales rep who wasn’t friendly. Long story short, they said we could only discount the car by $1,000 off a $58,000 sticker price. I said, why didn’t you tell me that before I dove 45 minutes to your dealership? I asked them to take another $2,000 off, and I would purchase the car. The sales rep said no, sorry. Very arrogant the sales rep was. He said take it or leave it. Not even a counteroffer to split the difference. I would STRONGLY suggest going somewhere else. It was very unprofessional, and they wasted my time. What do they care? They have to work anyway, so they tell prospective clients whatever they need to say to get you into the showroom. BUYER BEWARE! More
