Hubby and I had other foreign luxury car brands (aside from Lexus) in our short list but Yuri’s knowledge of those car brands/models, pros/cons finally convinced us - ‘Lexus it is!’ Royal treatment from Yuri was much appreciated... he even helped us pack/move our stuffs from old to new car in the rain and thick fog at almost closing time. If you wish to be treated with respect and get full service at this dealer, Yuri Semenikhin is your go-to person! And in finance, we enjoyed working with Alex Gladunov - very methodical, efficient, and clear in explaining options to us.
