We just bought a certified pre-owned 2020 Lexus RX from Eddie R. It was a great experience and we now understand what separates Lexus from other brands. We just purchased a 2018 ES 350 yesterday. Our salesman Eddie R was amazing. He took his time with us and answered all our questions. Good salesmen will get you to buy something the company they work for wants you to buy. Great salesmen however, put the customer’s needs absolutely first. Eddie Ruggirello came to the rescue almost 5 years ago when we purchased our first NX and had issues while we were away in Europe and he gave me 100% with the recent purchase of the newest addition to our garage. Eddie Ruggirello is a wonderful person to help find just what you are looking for and making sure it is exactly what you want without trying to push you into an “easy” purchase. I went to him knowing exactly what I wanted in my new NX down to the color combination of interior/exterior and I have exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Eddie, for taking such good care of me and my requirements for my new vehicle!! More
I had a roadside emergency with my Lexus and called to ask to have my car checked out. The service provided by the Service Consultant, Rich Wolsten and his Service Manager, Mike Haller, were terrific. T ask to have my car checked out. They acted quickly to look over my car and after the inspection they found that it was in good working order - relief to say the least. Most important, their attention and understanding in servicing the Customer was excellent. I want to thank them for their courtesy and professionalism during this experience. Let me first say that this is our 3rd purchase/lease car from Lexus of Bridgewater. Sorry for the length of this review but I feel its necessary as a testament to the sales consultant Eddie R. My husband a from Lexus of Bridgewater. Sorry for the length of this review but I feel its necessary as a testament to the sales consultant Eddie R. My husband and I have worked with him over the years and wish there were a higher rating that 5-star to give him. We live in Bergen County, NJ with many car dealers between home and the hour drive to Bridgewater. Being in the market for a 4th vehicle for our newly licensed daughter, Lexus listed a certified/preowned Jeep online within our budget. This was our first encounter working over the phone with Eddie R. His quick response time, attentive to our needs and answers to all our questions made it worth the hour drive to look at the car and purchase it on the spot. A few month later I was getting out of my GMC Acadia lease and in the market for a newer vehicle. Never considering a Lexus, we reached out to Eddie R again to see if there were any good certified pre-owned deals. The friendly response, remembering us made us feel special and not just another car salesman. Especially considering we were looking for something pre-owned, Eddie was NEVER pushy to get us to purchase a new car and respected our budget all over the phone before we had to take the hour ride. In the interim my husband had to have emergency back surgery and was laid up so we could not get in to finalize the deal. Eddie went above and beyond to drive our car to us and bring all the paperwork to our home (1 hour plus drive) to make the deal happen. Since December 2019 we have leased 2 additional LEXUS 350RX. Fast forward to this week. My 2013 lease is up. Due to Covid we really did NOT want to go in and out of dealerships car shopping so we viewed options online and called a local Lexus Dealership advising them of a lease turn-in and requested a price for a 2021 350RX exact model that we wanted. To our disappointment it took follow-up calls to them to get information. I said to my husband, this is ridiculous, they don't even have to sell us, we want to go in and sign the deal. I said I know Bridgewater is far away for us, but I am calling Eddie R to see if he can help us. He answered the phone and right away acknowledged me like a long time friend. He said of course I remember you guys, I delivered a car to your home after your husbands back surgery, etc. The texts and emails went back and forth and he negotiated the best deal for us. We explained with Covid we did not want to be sitting around, and he got everything finalized and waiting for our arrival today. I cannot express what a great experience it is to work with Eddie. He is truly a standout employee! Great work ethic, honest, hard-working, dedicated, not pushy, real-deal kind of guy. He is excellent at what he does and goes the extra mile to add that "Personal Touch." Driving away felt like we were saying good bye to a family/friend and not our Sales Consultant. Bridgewater Lexus is lucky to have him. More
