Eddie Ruggirello has been by far the BEST sales person I have ever worked with. Eddie is a kind, caring, passionate and genuine individual. I spoke with Eddie prior to my arrival at the dealership to inform him of what my expectations were and what I was looking for in a vehicle. Once I arrived, it was an AMAZING experience. Eddie was attentive in listening to my needs and my budget. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision in purchasing a vehicle. This was my first time purchasing a certified vehicle and I wish I had met Eddie many years ago when I began leasing cars. Eddie was thorough in explaining the options available to me. There was no negotiating needed; he met me exactly where I wanted to be for my monthly payments. Eddie also spent a great amount of time showing me the different features and how to navigate my new vehicle. He ensured that I was comfortable navigating the vehicle before leaving the lot. In all my past experiences in leasing a vehicle no sales agent has ever spent more than five minutes to demonstrate how to use the vehicle. Eddie truly makes his customers feel as part of his own family which is rare to find. Lexus of Bridgewater should truly be grateful to have such an amazing individual on their team. Had great experience at Bridgewater today. Traveled over 30 miles to look at cert 2018 GX and staff was great. Third CPO but best experience by far - other two were with closer dealers but would travel furt 30 miles to look at cert 2018 GX and staff was great. My wife has been driving a 2009 Lexus RX 350 and will only drive a Lexus now. Very glad that I did as Eddie is a very conscientious, hard working guy. He was excellent with following up to my numerous questions as I did 99% of the negotiating/contact via e-mail. I never felt as though I was being pressured or rushed and when it came time to go into the dealership, the closing process was quick and painless. We bought a pristine 2018 NX 300 from Eddie on 12/30/20. The process was smooth, not pressured or heckled at all. Joelle was super helpful with the financing and they gave us a really great deal.
